Great machine and good service

The website was easy to navigate, the product I wanted was very well priced and delivery time and communication were excellent . I will use this Company again and definitely recommend.

Tony hand delivered the sewing machine which was needed. I missed the text sent about the times of the delivery and so was caught a bit off guard. I am very happy with my purchase, all I need now is to book a lesson at the shop.

This lovely machine was priced below those from other suppliers. It arrived extremely quickly, well before the target delivery date cited when I bought it. It was very well packaged, reinforced by padding to protect it from any knocks and bumps that might have occurred in transit.

Received order quickly, communication fantastic, solved query within minutes. Highly recommend!!

I recently purchase a Pfaff Creative 1.5 from Sewing Machines UK. I have been undergoing cancer treatment and felt I needed something to look forward to after spending two weeks in hospital. The machine arrived promptly despite parcelfarce efforts to the contrary. Being an ex-demo/display, I was not expecting it to arrive in the original box but was pleasantly surprised that all the boxes and packing material were original. The machine is beautifully clean, with no signs of ever having been used. Holly and Chrissie were very helpful with a further discount. I am looking forward to start sewing again once I regain my strength. I couldn't be more delighted with this purchase free from stress. Thank you for all your help. God bless you.

The delivery was quick and the company helped in some informations I might need concerning the product I ordered.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chrissie today as I was having trouble trying to get a zipper foot for my rather old sewing machine.
I sent photos and serial number, she went off, had a look, found one and uploaded onto the website straight away. I dealt with a human, "NO Bots" involved, emails back & forth, order placed and purchase confirmation all within an hour. She has even printed of an explanation in how to attach with my order. Happy beyond belief is an understatement. They have gained a new customer today.

Quick efficient service and delivery of machine.

I’ve been going to the Gillingham shop for some time now and have always found them extremely helpful. I pop in a couple of times a week sometimes and they always have excellent customer service and can often help with any technical issues that I am facing with my machine.
