Just Fabulous from Start to Finish!!!
From point of ordering with Donna to installation by two very personable and helpful chaps. Sheds Direct is the ONLY company I would consider purchasing from. This is our 2nd purchase from them, with a 4 year gap in between but service, delivery, installation and quality has not changed. Whilst there may be cheaper alternatives out there, you’d be hard pushed to equal Sheds Direct, so you get what you pay for and as far as I am concerned, Sheds Direct offer outstanding value for money!
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Super Sheds from Sheds Direct
From my first contact with Sheds Direct they were extremely helpful, particularly Kevin, offering various quotes as my requirements altered. They were not all at pushy, in an attempted to close a sale, but very understanding as we undertook garden clearance works and ground preparation for the base. On the day of delivery and construction it was appallingly hot, touching 38 degrees. Simon and Tyler worked tirelessly and so professionally, aided by cold drinks and ice cream. I can’t compliment them enough for their hard work in very taxing conditions. Donna was on hand all through the process from placing the order to delivery with updates. I highly recommend Sheds Direct for their super product, ease of ordering and fabulous construction team. Don’t fall for cheap alternatives.

We purchased a bespoke workshop from Sheds Direct a few months ago and we must say that we are very happy with the service they provide from start to finish. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We added the guttering and painted it ourselves but we could have chosen for them to do it as an option. Five Stars from a very happy customer.

I wanted a non-standard shed
I wanted a non-standard shed, had a no pressure discussion and subsequent custom quote with the very knowledgeable Kevin and placed an order on their website. Had a confirmation email within minutes! Excellent service so far, I hope that their product matches their customer service (and I have no reason to expect otherwise!!!)

Delighted with our Dutch barn
Very friendly efficient service. It was great being able to specify exactly what we wanted including dimensions to fit our space and the number of doors and windows. The final product feels sturdy and well made and looks attractive. We are delighted with our Dutch Barn and highly recommend the company.

The gentlemen were very pleasant and…
The gentlemen were very pleasant and professional not a problem! However after looking around the shed I noticed one or two things I wasn't happy with, the split wood in window frame, plit wood hanging off but I managed to glue it back on , it seems like the frame wasn't measured properly because where the roof joins there's a big gap at each end like it was cut too big so I'll fill them in myself, overall I love my little craft house so that's why I gave the score I did .

Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about our installation team. We're pleased to hear that you found them pleasant and professional, and that you're enjoying your new craft house.
Regarding the gaps where the roof meets the building, these are a standard feature of our timber buildings and are designed as part of the construction. They are not caused by incorrect framing or measurement issues.
With regard to the small piece of timber on the window frame that required gluing, we're sorry to hear this. As we were not made aware of the issue at the time of installation or afterwards, we didn't have the opportunity to discuss or inspect it for you.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so if you would like to discuss any of your concerns further, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We'd be more than happy to talk through everything with you.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we're delighted to hear that you love your new craft house. 😊 Kind Regards Donna
Whats not to like ?
The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional, starting with Donna in the office who showed us a range of summerhouses she clearly outlined the various stages and was very helpful throughout. Lee and his team erected it in about 3 hours and again were helpful and professional. By cutting out the middleman we saved over £1000 and got a better quality product.

Great service and quality
Great service, quality and price. Ordering from Sheds Direct was easy using their website to choose the basic shed design and then the optional add ons. The prices and specifications were transparent and this was not the case with other companies we looked at. Kevin and Donna were really helpful in finalising things. Delivery was on time and the two guys who put the shed together were very pleasant and efficient. It took them 4 hours to get to us from up north to Wiltshire by 9am. It was put together in 2 hours. Very happy with the whole process and the quality. I'd definitely recommend.

Happy with the shed
The team was prompt, efficient, and highly professional, we would happily recommend them.
The only improvement we would suggest is offering a measuring service. As our shed was installed in a very tight space, we feel the fit could have been even more precise had the team taken the measurements themselves.

Respuesta de Sheds Direct
Thank you for your kind words about the team—we’re really pleased to hear you found them prompt, efficient, and professional, and we truly appreciate your recommendation.
Regarding your suggestion about a measuring service, we completely understand how valuable that can be, especially for tighter spaces like yours. Unfortunately, due to the distance involved—over 206 miles and approximately 4 hours 30 minutes from our base—we’re unable to offer on-site measuring visits in your area, as the travel time and costs make this impractical.
This is why we communicate closely with our customers, request photos, and provide detailed order confirmations with as much information as possible. These steps are designed to ensure everything is as accurate as it can be before installation.
We really appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve, and we’re glad overall you had a positive experience with the team. Kind Regards Donna
What a good experience. Perfect.
I had been looking for a bespoke 5mt sq Timber garage for a year or so while sorting out planning permission.
I needed it built with an aperture provided to take an existing 10ft electronic door which I was keeping.. and upgraded cladding / roof trusses etc.
I guess I'd spoken to a dozen companies but none gave me the confidence of building a properly strengthened opening... until I discussed with Kevin at Sheds Direct. Really got exactly what I was after. 10..!! As was Donna and the office team. And the guys who came and built the garage; Ross and Tyler were excellent. What a good experience. Perfect. And they were very good value, so they won on that score too.

Trade Shed 8x6 review
I spent quite some time reviewing potential shed providers.
I arrived at the conclusion that - not surprisingly - you get what you pay for.
I would have liked to have had 19mm thick boarding, but was reluctant to pay the price!
I felt that Sheds Direct seemed no-nonsence, and the conversation I had with their sales team steered me towards their "trade sheds" range.
I am happy with the structure, which seems sturdy and well-finished.
On the day of erection, the installation team and I disagreed over the suitability of my prepared base, and they insisted on using plastic levelling feet to ensure a good result. At no extra charge, I should add. This seemed to underscore their desire to ensure a good outcome, which is another positive.
So, all in all, a good experience.
I feel good value, and expect a long service from my new shed.
Happy customer!
