From start to finish this job has been brilliant! From chatting my thinking through with Kevin to ordering with Donna and seeing Shaun and Jamie put the base and shed up - every stage has been so efficient, helpful, professional and friendly and all in three weeks!!
I love the potting shed it’s everything I wanted and more

Fantastic from start to finish
Fantastic from start to finish. Superb quality shed.
They were happy to tweak dimensions to suit the space and very clear instructions for photos of the installation space.
Delivery was exactly when arranged and the two guys that installed it were efficient and polite.
Highly recommend.

Real people, who know their business
It is so great to be able to deal with real people, and to find a company who can build and install a shed in a small space. I got lots of useful information, to help me choose the right shed for me. Delivery and build is due in under two weeks’ time, but so far, my experience with sheds direct has been brilliant!

Excellent service from start to finish. From Kev ringing me on his day off to confirm the spec of the shed I wanted to Donna in the sales office keeping me updated with the progress of things and delivery date to Tyler and his opposite number who put my shed up. First class. Cannot praise them enough. My shed is absolutely fantastic and is just as I had designed it. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you want a shed these are the people. Simple as that.

Very Happy
The service from the first point of contact to the erection of the new shed was excellent. For example, a little while after I placed the order I changed my mind about the colour and it was altered without any problems. On the day it was due to be delivered (and erected) I was kept fully informed about when it would arrive, and the guys who built it for me were accommodating and it was up in no time. I have been more than happy with both the service and the shed itself.

Donna was particularly helpful with the design aspect of the job as the item we needed was not straight off the shelf. The lads that did the install were quick and efficient and happy to answer questions.

Great shed, good quality, quick service
Ordered a shed based on the reviews and didn't disappoint. Used the online tool to make the shed in the evening, Kevin called me the following day to check what I'd selected. They were able to make it slightly bigger to a custom size, use stronger battens etc which was great. It's normally 5 week lead time but I got mine within a week! Donna in the office was brilliant and so were the two fitters Shaun and Ross. I would definitely recommend them.

For clarity, the one simple step required to resolve this issue — painting the shed to make the timber weather resistant— has not yet been carried out, despite our guidance.
You ordered your shed on 29/12/25, undertaking to paint the shed yourself, and declined our optional pre-painting service. On 08/01/26 you asked which paint products we recommend; we provided this by email, making it clear the building must be painted to be weather resistant.
Your shed was delivered and erected on 21/01/26. On 02/03/26, approximately six weeks later, you reported damp inside the shed while confirming it had still not been painted.
Timber buildings are not weather resistant until treated with a suitable exterior paint or preservative. This requirement is standard and clearly stated in our terms and conditions. As with all timber buildings, ongoing weatherproofing through appropriate treatment is a normal customer maintenance requirement.
Despite the shed not being painted, we have spent considerable time assisting you: 32 emails and 4 phone calls with both our office manager and factory manager providing guidance. Once the building is properly painted, we will happily arrange a site visit if any issue remains.
At present, the one simple step required to make the building weather resistant has still not been carried out, despite our repeated guidance.
Given the above, suggestions that the matter has been ignored or assistance not provided are simply not accurate. We remain committed to the level of service reflected in our Trustpilot rating. Kind Regards Donna

I couldn’t be happier with my new bespoke workshop. Kevin and his team supplied and installed exactly what I wanted. The installation lads were very professional and did a great job. Three weeks after me contacting them I had my new workplace in place. Thank you all at Sheds Direct.

I was a returning customer my shed is now nine years old still as solid as a rock and looking good.So I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a shed for my daughter.

This is a really good company. They made a work shop for me exactly to my requirements. Gave plenty of advice all the way through. Installed it within a day and were very professional.
