I have had many pairs of sheepskin interior slipper boots, all of them perfect even though they were seconds. The quality is lovely and they are super cosy. I recently had an issue when my new pair arrived with an uncomfortable seam on the inside. I simply can’t fault the outstanding customer service I have received. I emailed Sheepland in the evening and had a response by 08.45 the next morning offering me an exchange or refund with shipping prepaid. I’ve just taken delivery of my replacement boots and they are perfect. Zoe even checked them personally ahead of sending them and enclosed a hand written note. It has been so refreshing to receive such personal and swift attention throughout the whole process. Thank you Zoe. Highly recommend this company and its products are first class. 😄👏

I have gratefully received my Sheepskin Rug. YAY! Thank you for posting it out to me and organising the delivery, so promptly, it was very much appreciated.

I absolutely love my Jacobs Sheepskin Rug! It is amazing quality, so soft and beautiful and the little brush which comes with it is an added touch. I am currently homeless due to DA, a kind friend gifted me some money to the exact amount of this rug, it made me realise that I needed some familiar comfort that my nervous system needs to regulate, having left a similar one behind, this really helps.

I intend to use it each day when I am reading my Cepher (scripture) my faith also at this time brings great comfort.

I look forward to many years of enjoyment, it is so soft and beautiful that I cried happy tears. Biblically its what I needed, a sheepskin with many spots and blemishes, perfect!
