That’s what Aisling did for me.

I engaged Nick Popplewell of Sherry Fitzgerald Radford after he came recommended to me by a person who lives in Rosslare Strand and dealt with him before.
Nick organised the weekly viewings of which we received plenty of notice. He also was kind enough to recommend we carry out certain small jobs so that the 3 bed semi detached small property would be more enticing to prospective buyers.
We discussed the sale price of the property got good guidance from him along with the real level of interest . It was heading into an off season market so we were into a long Winter if the property didn’t sell.
Nick dealt with us very fairly. Was straight up when it came to discussing prospective bids. He does not engage in small talk just all about the business of getting the property on the market at a price he thinks is good for the seller. We asked for a certain price got a realistic bid and then negotiated with him and buyers solicitor until we reached an agreement that was acceptable to both parties.
I would highly recommend using Nick for his honesty integrity and straight forward no bs approach if u are thinking about an auctioneer for buying or selling your property in Wexford. Overall top quality service. Regards

Very unprofessional when collecting keys to our new home . Ignorant is an understatement. I quote "Here " from a staff member. Didn't relay any information through the process and even wanted to change last min prices on goods. Much wants more is what I get from them. Location Tralee ,Kerry. Keep away from them. Maybe retrain aon interpersonal skills as well .

We bought our first house recently and I would highly reccomened Nora. She is very dedicated and professional. Nora answered any questions and was reachable date night, weekends and even during her annual leave. Thank you again for making our journey so easy

I rented a house with my ex girlfriend, unfortunately we broke up. She contacted the real estate because I was leaving the house to include another person in the contract, they made an agreement with my ex to pay only her part because they will sell the house in 2 months. After this they decided to try to find some excuse for don't pay back complaining about the mattresses, luckily we had pictures to prove was so bad. Later on was excuses about don't have acess to his father account because he passed way. An huge company should not support this kind of things.

Our experience of working with Ed O’Donovan from Sherry Fitzgerald’s in Midleton was extremely satisfactory, so much so that we didn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and Neighbours of ours. (Who have also used his services). We found him to be conscientious, friendly and very helpful. He always kept on top of things, and let us know what was happening with our sale, and always made a point of responding to any messages that we left/sent.

All in all we found working with Ed and the rest of the Sherry Fitzgerald team (Geraldine & Nathan) to to have been a very positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again ourselves if the need arose, or to continue recommending others to use their services.

I would like to sincerely thank Eoin Mallon and Julian Cotter of the Castleknock branch of Sherry Fitzgerald, for their first class customer focussed service, in executing the recent sale of our house.
Julian inspected our house two months, prior to placing it on the market and gave us advice on how we could make changes to improve the sale price. Ultimately, Julian’s advice proved to be invaluable and resulted in a far greater price for our house. Both Eoin and Julian were able to focus our decision making process entirely and took all the stress out of the whole selling process.
Unfortunately, over the last 25 years we have had poor experience with two different auctioneers in Castleknock. However, Eoin and Julian went far above and beyond what we have previously experienced, with their passionate, knowledgeable and very expert skills.

Ed Reilly came to value our home in anticipation of us going to market. After our first meeting with Ed it was clear he had a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the current market so we did not hesitate to appoint him which transpired to be a great decision. Not all sales go smoothly , however with a calm and problem solving approach the sale was completed. Ed was fantasic to deal with , always promptly returning my calls and handing any issues with the utmost professionalism as did his team in the office.
