I dealt with Nora Meaney in Sherry Fitzgerald Carlow Branch and I highly recommend her. Purchasing a house can be very stressful and she made the whole process a lot easier. Nora was very quick to respond to my calls or emails and very thorough and takes pride in her work. She's an absolute lady and thanks to her, I now own my forever home!

OH, my God! they are careless and 100% unprofessional. We traveled to Ireland to see their propriety. The call center girl was dry manners like she was doing a huge favor to call you and let you visit the room. The man to show the house came late, forgot the keys, and didn't have a clue about the house. The property was dirty, smelling, and damaged. The next day when we asked questions about the house's functioning they got angry and someone informed us that the house had been rented. I wonder if there is a worse service than that. My experience was below the expectations. I hope that the Irish real state market can not be based on that, no respect to the prospect.

I went on Sherry Fitzgerald website sat 15June24. I was looking at specific property and an offer to chat popped up "what do you want to know about this property" I replied is this still on the market and if so what is the current highest offer. Chat replied "great question who am I talking to" I gave my name. Then chat asked for my phone number then my email. I asked again if the property was still on the market. Chat asked me if I was also selling. I said no. Chat then told me they were at home,had no access to information and someone would contact me Monday. I was duped into giving my info under the belief that the person chatting could answer basic questions. I went on the website again and got another offer to chat. I was curious so I started to chat again. Again they asked for my name. I replied that before I gave them my personal info could they tell me some basic info. The person chatting said they could see I had been talking to a colleague. I asked what the point of all this was as they could not answer basic questions. The person chatting then wrote " I think we've lost the connection are you still there" I answered yes I'm still here. But I got a message saying connection lost. The whole thing seems like a scam to get personal info. Is this chat run by Sherry Fitzgerald and do they take responsibility for keeping it secure. All they needed to have is a recorded message that the office is closed contact them Monday.

Never again would I deal with sherry Fitzgerald Farrell after my experience with Justin. He was the most unprofessional person iv ever come across and shafted me over a house I was the highest bidder on for weeks. It’s so obvious he sold it to a friend or someone he knows. I’m absolutely disgusted and angry and upset at the way he’s treated us .the online bidding platform magically kicked me off the bidding and I contacted Justin to tell him and he hung up on me and wouldn’t return my calls or texts. And boom house sold to someone else in minutes after I being the highest bidder for weeks.

We dealt with Sean in the Killester branch having moved from another estate agent on the Northside. He was very efficient and always contacted us straight away after every viewing. What stood out for us was how up front he was with us the whole time. He was working for us and not the intended buyers. If we were ever to sell our house we would definitely contact Sean

We dealt with Aisling McGrath (Sherry Fitzgerald Wexford Town) for several viewings while buying a new house. As we all know buying/selling property is a pretty stressful life experience. Ms McGrath gave us consideration, assistance and reassurance throughout the whole process. Our final choice was not without a few bumps but we felt Ms McGrath was truly invested in us as the prospective buyers and not just the sale of properties on her portfolio. We are now getting settled in our new home and feel this may never have come to pass without the diligence shown by Ms McGrath and the team at SherryFitzgerald Wexford Town.

I just sold my house through Ed Reilly at Sherry Fitzgerald Navan. Ed was a total gentleman that made a stressful situation so much easier, always returning my calls and keeping me informed on what was going on. I would totally recommend Ed as he has your back , especially for us ladies if you need a little extra TLC in selling your property.

We recently purchased our new home through the Sherry Fitzgerald Dun Laoighre office and I have to say we were both very happy with the overall process and we were especially happy the Sherry negotiator, Pippy Proger. Even after going sale agreed Pippy was always available to us and worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth and on time closing.

Very unprofessional attitude towards buyers, with little to no respect or regard for people. You'd expect a people business would put people first. I would never recommend them, willing to take your money and offer no service.

Had a great experience with these, very helpful and delight to deal with. Jerri-ann was very polite friendly and a joy to speak with and John was lovely and answered any questions we had and if he didn't know he went and found out and got back to us.

Placed an order and then there was no further update from the agent for over a month.

After the call they asked me to increase the offer, it is totally fine but should be more proactive. Will not consider them in the future.

My first dealings with Catherine was months ago when she returned my call about a property for sale. Catherine was honest and to the point concerning all dealings and although that particular property didn't work out I was assured that the right one would turn up, and it did. Catherine was available to take a call or returned a what's app message promptly. I was always made aware of what was happening and expected timelines which gave a welcomed security to the unknown day to day unraveling of the sale. I was successful in my purchase and subsequently chose Catherine to sell my own property because she is a professional genuine person that understands the importance and impact of her dealings in a very big decision for most people. Everybody I dealt with in Sherry Fitgerald Trim office were helpful and a pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend them.

Actually non-professionals stay away. Their agent discussed my private information with a third person, this one told me all about it. When I asked for closing dates they were always elusive. I was in the lead for a house for over two weeks without anyone making further offers. When I called to find out where we were in the negotiation as soon as I got off the phone after 1 minute a new offer came in. The lack of transparency and the lack of professionalism of the agent makes me suspect that there is something dishonest going on. In the end I withdrew my offer despite being very willing. When it comes to investing my money I want answers to my questions and I want to deal with serious people not kids. Sheery f. Go hoe the fields!
Dear Sarah thank you for your interest, but I honestly do not intend to waste any more time with Sherry fitzGerald. By the way, the day after I withdrew my bid and went out. Your agent sent me an e-mail trying to push the price further outside the online auction. Shameful stuff.
Fortunately, there are serious agencies in Dublin that publicly announce bidding deadlines on their sites. And deadlines for house viewings. They don't play games to raise an extra EUR 2,000. When a customer has to invest over 500K in Cash.
I'm just telling you that your agent lost a 570k cash sale, to try to pull in an extra 2000k. The house is still for sale today.

The Team at Sherry FitzGerald Lettings have been amazing to deal with! They kept us up to date throughout the whole process from viewing to getting the keys. They were excellent at coming back to us when we had questions or didn't understand anything. Really super nice team- Delighted to be renting with them.
