The customer support is second to none. We have been using Shiptheory for around 6 months now, which has been a game changer for our business. Every time we come up against an issue, the team are immediately on hand to help get us a solution. George and Henry have been extremely attentive, the live chat function is quick and effective and callbacks follow through within minutes. Highly recommend!

The switch to Shiptheory to produce all our mailing labels automatically was set up in a few hours and our contact there Josh has been so helpful in fine tuning our shipping rules to make the whole process fully automatic.

Shiptheory is a pretty impressive tool for shipments, our on boarding account manager - Josh - was great, very quick responses, very friendly and he was very good in shaping the dashboard to do what we specifically needed it to do and even suggested things I wouldn't have thought to do. We now use this to ship all our orders across multiple shipping platforms.

We've been using Shiptheory for a few weeks now and it has drastically improved our workflow. The most important thing for us is that it integrates with Shopify like a glove; things like utilising metafields to populate customs information so you only have to maintain one database of products on your store. A lot of other companies require you to maintain another product database on their system as well. They integrate with some lesser used carriers that give us better pricing. It's really simple to use and Josh was an absolute diamond during the onboarding process. The prices are reasonable, uptime has been 100% so far, so no complaints.
