Best customer service ever.

Best platform, makes life SO easy, best customer support EVER. Don't go anywhere else - Shiptheory is the best - we connect via magento - so easy! Tech helped resolve a problem connecting to a DPD printer (TLS) and did so via anydesk - mega awesome!

Shiptheory has been a total game-changer for my business, leaving room for remarkable growth and efficiency since the very first day. The onboarding and technical support provided is unparalleled - extremely fast, attentive, and on hand to help at every hurdle. Everyone really does go above and beyond their job to help every step of the way. You can tell that the team are experts in what they do whilst actually caring about you and your business. After several disappointing experiences with other big shipping platforms, I can confidently say that Shiptheory is the best choice with real people and a REAL solution. Onerous manual process to ensure cancelled or duplicate orders are not shipped.

We use this with WoodCommerce and have been doing for a couple of years now and it's OK but some major quirks that we have to get round with quite an onerous, manual checking process. Some aspects are good but other aspects are poor which means we have to spend up to 90 mins a day cross checking labels against orders. Just to add, it is setup correctly so not an integration issue. The orders are supposed to automatically print the night before shipping. We ship orders on a specific date that customers request at the point of ordering, and we have to implement a 3 step process to ensure the orders are shipped on time and not shipped more than once. I imagine it has happened with other users but they just haven't realised that they have shipped some orders more than once. On numerous occasions we find labels randomly print out twice, or not on the date they are suppose to print out, hence why we have to have the manual checks. Sometimes orders don't have to print at all. There is also no way of cancelling labels/orders in ShipTheory. You can cancel through the "View Scheduled", or allegedly can, but we find again, the labels will randomly print and these are for orders that have been cancelled or refunded in WooCommerce. The system needs a feature where if you cancel an order in Shiptheory it is actually does not print. We have raised this a number of times with Shiptheroy but it seems to fall on deaf ears.

Shiptheory is THE best shipping platform!

Shiptheory is THE best shipping platform and we cannot recommend it highly enough!
Following issues with our BigCommerce-Royal Mail click and drop connection and with thousands of orders pending to be dispatched, we were looking for a way to work fast and efficiently.
We decided to try Shiptheory and we never looked back! The integration was straightforward, their system user friendly and communication with the team was always seamless and prompt.
Josh was very kind and always happy to reply to all our (sometimes silly) questions. He was always just a click away and we, instantly, knew we were in very good hands.
Our day to day work has become so much easier now and our shipments have been streamlined in the most efficient way.

Best-in-class Shipping Software

I've had the privilege of working with the ShipTheory team for the past year and could not be more happy!

ShipTheory provides incredible value, a great user interface and all the product functionality required to handle your shipping needs (flexible shipping rules, general automation, returns module etc).

And most importantly the team truly cares, with outstanding customer service and support.

Absolutely fantastic service.

From the first phone call to ask questions about what shiptheory could offer us, to every time I’ve needed assistance since, the service I have received has been second to none. I’ve even phoned and answered my own question as they’ve picked up the phone and they still continue to help. Nothing is too much trouble, and the whole thing is super easy and straightforward to use. A really efficient, time saving service.
