I am absolutely happy with the quality and detail, I sent my shoes into the shoe lab and let them do their magic, my shoes were battered and full of dirt, since having them back i’m more than happy with them they look fresh and brand new, would definitely use these guys again!

Shocking Service. Not worth the money.

I paid £130 to have my Chloe trainers and Chloe handbag cleaned. Each service paid for was a 'premium clean'. Website states they will 'do their best to get them back within 7 days'. After 1 week of no communication at all, I emailed, phoned and messaged on facebook - nothing. It was another week before I received a text message asking if I would pay an additional £40 per item for some minor glueing AND additional postage. I declined the additional work (because it was supposed to be included in the 'premium clean' and didn't feel it needed doing. Paid the additional postage as my trust in this firm is now 0% and wanted to make sure I got them back. I received my items 3 weeks after originally sending them and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. My bag doesn't look like it has been touched. It doesn't even smell clean. Still lots of grubby marks on it. My Chloe trainers are ruined. The suede is now a dark grey/yellow colour whilst the rest of the trainer is a bright white - they were originally cream. I'm so disappointed and would not recommend anybody send this company designer items of value. I wish I had read some of these reviews first so I could have gone to somebody else.

Dropped my trainers in after I thought I ruined them at the weekend. They were back with me in a few days looking brand new! Laces were fresh white as well. Highly recommended!

This isnt my first time using shoe lab and won’t be my last either. I’ve just received my shoes back and as always nothing but perfection. Shoe lab have saved me so much from not having to re buy shoes and simply restoring and cleaning instead! Customer service is already 100! Can’t thank you guys enough!

Sent my trainers to these guys with not much hope that they’d be how they once were. They came back brand new!! Can’t fault them at all! Thanks shoe lab. Top job!

Contacted shoe lab team with very short notice to clean a couple of pairs of filthy trainers for a week away. They were happy to help. A super quick turnaround and trainers looking brand new. Highly recommend shoe lab!!

I didn’t get my shoe laces back and only got one of the shoe holder thing. Paid all this money for nothing.

I was quite surprised to be invited to leave feedback for this company given their failure to respond to my complaints.
Had I known this was the best they were going to be able to achieve I would not have bothered.
For £130 I would’ve expected a far cleaner restoration job. As far as I can see they simply painted over the existing, disintegrating surface of the inside of the shoe without bothering to either remove or bond the existing damaged surface, resulting in a very patchy, uneven effect which started to flake off the moment they arrived, before I even started wearing them.
Whether the inside was so far gone that this was the best that could be achieved or they were not having their best day, the workmanship was at an unacceptably low standard to warrant the price tag, and their subsequent ghosting would indicate a customer service level to match.
Complete waste of money.

Awful company so they charge for a premium clean send the trainers off and they say 7-10 day turn around. 2 weeks passed so I text no reply 3 weeks a reply you need glue paint and laces this is an extra over £100 so about £150 in all I declined the extras who wants painted shoes? Trainers eventually came back the suede is wrecked where they brushed them and soaked them too hard they are clearly clueless with suede. Trainers are discoloured where they are water marked and still have grass stains on them. I would avoid this company they ruin your trainers and all in they took 5/6 weeks after chasing to return them in a worse state. I am speaking to a solicitor as they should not be trading do not risk sending expensive trainers here they are clueless scammers the price you see is not what you will pay go elsewhere!

Got two pairs of my Yeezys back today and they’ve been fully restored!! Literally look brand new, so happy

Overall process is much longer than others services I have used. I didn't appreciate the suggestion for glue work and new laces which I declined.
The trainers were brand new and unfortunately got muddy on first wear.
When I received them back their was nothing that required glue work and my laces were in perfect condition.
Had I agreed I would have paid out an extra £15 for no reason.
The clean was okay I could still see dirty on the soles which I cleaned again myself. They didn't take with the suede which is quite annoying visible signs of where they have over scrubbed with a brush.

Not happy with the lack on context around what’s incorporated within the price that’s quoted, on top of one of the pair of trainers that had came back didn’t look great & the laces had been changed from white to grey & look terrible.

Chased 3 times for a reply over a 3 week period & no response!
