I ordered shokbox premium in red. The travel case is excellent quality, comes with wheel and accessories bags and three layers of foam padding. The anti-crush system is great and stops the wheels contacting the bike when closing. Overall I am very happy with the product.
Ordering was simple and shipping was very fast. I had the case arrive 4 days after ordering and they shipped from the UK to NYC very quickly.

The Shokbox works really well - better design and easier to pack then other boxes I've used - and Martin gave me quick helpful replies to a couple of questions. Lovely colours, too!

After searching and looking at nearly every bike box there is I finally found Shokbox!!! Possibly the highest quality bike box there is and it is certainly worth the money.

I went for the premium Shokbox as it has TSA combination locks, it’s perfect for travel and is certainly going to keep everything snug whilst it’s get thrown around by the useless baggage people.

Don’t think twice get the premium and you will not regret it.

The shell (box) is a good quality , thick plastic composite!
Double layered padding inside which is brilliant for when the wheels are packed up as they sit on a layer of protective padding then another layer to go over the wheels. The wheel bags are top quality .... I would be very confident to pack a bone China ornament In them as there’s so much padding.
To top it all off , it has 4 solid locks , x2 on top and x2 , 1 each side.
Highly recommend this bike box if your taking your bike abroad ... it will no doubt keep your bike damage free!

Having used many brands of box over the years I wanted something that address shortcomings or improvements & I felt Shokbox has gone along way to do this. The team a Shokbox are very professional and delivery/packaging etc all work as promised. Box design is really good and spacious with the key improved features very evident, Ive test packed the box with a medium sized Roubaix and happy with the fit and protection, the additional bags are also very good for keeping wheels/bike apart. Not yet tested the box on a flight so in reality should be 4 stars but no concerns at this stage so 5 "so far". Looking forward to testing in full.

Haven’t used my new shock box yet so cannot give a complete review here. What I can say is that the ordering / customer service was perfect. I spoke to Martin and we chatted about the box and cycling in general. A very personal approach which is highly recommended. The box looks very well constructed and strong. I won’t be using until the summer months but I have every confidence in this box.

My son told me up front that the item would be back ordered due to the holidays. As well, that it is a UK exclusive product and like products did not compare. Throughout the process Shokbox answered my questions and delivered an extremely well crafted product to me for my son in the US.

I reached out to Shokbox on Instagram with a question about my bike fitting in their box and they replied very quickly with a huge amount of detail to confirm that my specific bike would fit. When the box arrived I was shok-ed (pun intended) at how high quality the box was, hardly any flex and the accessory & wheels bags feel top notch too. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Super fast delivery with updates from distribution. Arrived well packed. The box is awesome, colour is better than I thought it would be and the anti-crush system is way better than another brand. Brilliant, from the speedy email replies to the speedy delivery, the top quality of the box plus wheel bags and accessory bag. I've been drooling over a ShokBox bike case since last year. The 360 degree wheels make it a dream to manouvre. Absolutely recommend both the Classic bike box and ShokBox as a company. Customer service is top of their list ! Can't wait to pack it for Mallorca now !
