Scam. Took ages. Turns out shipped from China. No 30 day refund as advertised they try to make you pay to re-ship it back to China or they offer you to keep the rubbish product which has arrived for what they call is a replacement but then ask for a shipping fee product was delivered squashed flat in a plastic SHEIN bag with no paperwork no return address avoid it’s not worth the aggravation and make sure if you do buy that you use your credit card so you can get your refund through the bank

A scam company. Ordered some shoes and they were rubbish, delivery took forever and when you want to return them they don’t answer emails. Now they have disappeared!

Where do I begin with the misrepresentation? The photo in their advertising shows the alleged owners outside their shop in London. As far as I can ascertain, there is no shop in London. This is more likely a Chinese company using a London name as a front. I bought a pair of shoes which they said would be mailed to me with Royal Mail. They took a long time to arrive and were mailed with Yodel and I doubt very much therefore they came from London! As to the shoes themselves, I seriously doubt they are leather as described and whatever the material is, it is insubstantial. The soles of the shoes too are thin and every stone underfoot can be felt through them, so although in fact they are comfortable to wear they are not suitable as walking shoes. Finally, nowhere on the shoes does it state where they were manufactured, which I understood was a requirement though it is clear from another dissatisfied customer that China is the answer as he was asked to return the shoes to China. Very disappointed with the purchase.

I purchased a pair of shoes that looked nice and claimed to be ideal for older men and were classified as walking shoes. The company trades as Ellington London and publishes a head office address in Albuerque. The product took a long time to arrive and was of poor quality, thin leather, a floppy rubber sole and considerably shorter than the stated size. The company refused a return, offered more products as compensation and would only offer a refund if the product was returned to China at customers expense. Failed to adhere to UK trading laws.
