Einen Koffer habe ich uber Amazon direkt aus dem MD Shop gekauft. Nach 3 Tagen war der Handgepäck Koffer da und hat seinen Test als Aufgabegepäck auch überlebt

Save your money - cute but cheap!

Purchased several pieces in Taormina and also Spain. I thought it was unique and loved the vibrant colors. After two years, the small cosmetic bag (which I never check) started to split apart. To say that customer service is bad it is non-existent. I was extremely disappointed and would never recommend to anyone.

Delusione inaspettata

Mandarina è un marchio che ho sempre ammirato, ma la mia prima esperienza di shop online si sta rivelando molto deludente. Non ti danno informazioni sulla data di consegna, il tracking non funziona. A volte è importante essere informati con precisione per pianificare un eventuale regalo di compleanno o altro.
Mi dispiace.

Extremely disappointing customer service

Extremely disappointing customer service.
I ordered a bag and paid by credit card. A few days later, FedEx left the package at my doorstep in the morning while I was at work. By the time I returned home that evening, it was gone. In a building with around 70 residents, anyone could easily have taken it.
Apparently, Mandarina Duck considers a delivery photo from the driver sufficient proof that the package was delivered. A signature upon delivery was not required. FedEx also claims that I explicitly agreed to this type of delivery — which is simply not true — and Mandarina Duck accepts this statement without question.
As a result, I have paid for goods I never received. In addition, I have had to deal with wasted time and considerable frustration due to Mandarina Duck’s brief and unhelpful responses.
The company should either work with a reliable delivery partner or require a signature upon delivery for prepaid orders. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

Really awful customer service!!!
I needed a bag with certain dimensions and I noticed that their wesite has sometimes WRONG DIMENSIONS.
I contacted them directly and asked about this: how a 'large' bag could be even smaller than the 'medium' one?
Well......they indeed acknowledged that their dimensions in the web are WRONG, but AFTER MONTHS AND SEVERAL EMAILS trying to get then information about their products and which ones could fit what I needed....here I am still.
Basically their answer is: yes, our website is wrong, but you look yourself for the products and 'good luck' if you buy something wrong...
I was client since long time ago and I thought this was a serious company....it is not.
They treat their clients awfully, so NEVER AGAIN!

Really disappointed with the delivery and customer service

I recently placed an order on the Mandarina Duck website, expecting it to arrive within 3–4 business days like the site said. The confirmation email said it would be delivered by January 19th, but the package never even made it to FedEx. I called FedEx Italy twice, and both times they said they never received my package. Now the tracking says there’s a support ticket in progress, so they’re still trying to figure out what happened.
Even worse, I emailed the company a few days ago and haven’t heard anything back. For a brand that calls itself premium, this kind of after-sales service is shocking!

This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems either. Last August I bought three bags, two arrived and one didn’t, and getting a refund was a huge hassle.
I’ve been a loyal Mandarina Duck customer for years, but this experience has really disappointed me.

I hope they fix this, but right now I wouldn’t even recommend them to my enemies.

Very poor quality and customer service!

Shocked by the poor quality of this product!! It didn’t even survive one flight! We paid €295 for this supposedly premium suitcase made of polycarbonate with a 5 year warranty. The corner dented irreparably on the very first use! We were even further shocked by the appalling Mandarina Duck customer service. They blame the airline for damage, even though their product is clearly not fit for purpose! Suitcases are supposed to be able to withstand impact! And they do not stand by their 5 year warranty!!! Buyers beware!! We are now left with a big hunk of polycarbonate that cannot be repaired and will probably end up in the landfill after one use! Super disappointed and appalled by this experience. I wish I had checked trust pilot first as clearly, we are not alone.

Very disappointing after-sales service – not a premium brand

I bought a Mandarina Duck suitcase in Florence and was explicitly told it had worldwide warranty. The suitcase was very expensive, so I expected durability and proper customer support.

After only 1 year and 3 months, one wheel broke under normal use. In Madrid, El Corte Inglés sent me to a repair shop at Calle Prado 9, where I was told they do not work with Mandarina Duck at all.

I then tried to buy a replacement wheel online, but all spare parts are out of stock, making it impossible to repair the suitcase.

A brand positioning itself as “premium” but unable to provide spare parts or an effective repair network does not meet basic expectations. After this they came back saying that “guarantee does not apply here cos is a third party “, which is not true.

Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this brand.

18 giorni e la spedizione ancora non si vede

Oggi è il 7 gennaio... il mio ordine risale al 20 dicembre e non l'ho ancora ricevuto. Ho contattato diverse volte il corriere, che mi ha solamente preso in giro dicendomi ogni volta che era in consegna.
A vedere dalle altre recensioni, il problema non è nuovo e non capisco come mai un marchio come Madarina Duck non risolva il problema, per esempio cambiando corriere. Anche perché il risultato è che non ordinerò mai più niente e sconsiglierò di tutto cuore ad altri di farlo.
Per colpa di un corriere incompetente, ci rimette l'immagine dell'azienda. E l'azienda non fa nulla. SCANDALOSO.

Ho ordinato un portafoglio donna online al 5/12 ad oggi non ancora arrivato ho mandato due mail chiedendo il tracking di spedizione nessuna risposta !
Non è corretto che non riconoscono nessun rimborso su smarrimento del prodotto perché probabilmente conoscono come lavora il loro spedizioniere!
Non comprate online !

Pessimo servizio clienti

Mai avuto a che fare con un servizio clienti peggiore di quello della Mandarina Duck. Ordine fatto sul sito il 16/12 e ad oggi rimasto inevaso. Ho scritto tre volte, mandato anche una PEC ma nessuna risposta. Peccato che si trattava di un regalo di Natale. Fanno davvero pena.

Sac neuf tâché et custom service nul

J’achète un sac à l’outlet près de Barcelone… Je ne connaissais pas cette marque. Je reçois un nouvel exemplaire de l’arrière boutique . Cependant il s’avère en le déballant le lendemain qu’il y a trois taches. J’envoie les photos au magasin en demandant de me le remplacer. Leur réponse : uniquement possible en Espagne. Je leur réplique que je ne suis pas espagnole et que je n’ai pas de résidence en Espagne, mais rien n’y fait. Comment est-ce possible d’avoir un service limité à l’Espagne ???? En plus de ça, courriel, très sec et très désagréable de la part du customer, Service. Plus jamais, je n’achèterai cette marque!!?

Extremely poor customer service.

I made the mistake of ordering from this site without checking this site. My order stated free returns so I received a bag that I have been trying to return since the day after purchase. They provided a return label for FedEx, which does not have a drop off site in Nice, France. After multiple exchanges asking for help and alternatives I am told they can only use Fedex. So, the return policy is not being fulfilled by the company. Awful customer service

They leave you without feedback. Luggage is still under guarantee just 4 months in. They just simply ignore you. Think twice about purchasing from this company.

I bought a pink luggage and after 5 years that I bought is the luggage is deteriorating, the pink plastic is going and it remains just a gray part, when I call the only answer was the guarantee is for 5 years and this model is 2017. So, they just say no, for that amount paid for it, there is no quality at all, this shouldn’t happen

Servizio post vendita inesistente

A settembre 2023 ho comperato una borsa della linea MD 20 e dopo un anno e mezzo si sono rotte entrambe le fibbie sia quella della tracolla, sia quella che congiunge la tracolla con la borsa. Dopo aver scritto al servizio post vendita e sollecitato una risposta, mi hanno fatto riscrivere ad un altro indirizzo mail. Ad oggi non ho avuto risposta. Avevo solo chiesto dove poter trovare i pezzi di ricambio. Non avevo chiesto la sostituzione della borsa. Forse aspettano che scada la garanzia? Peccato, perché le borse sono belle. Concordo con chi preferisce acquistare su Amazon.

I MANICI SONO RIGIDISSIMI E LARGHI (RICORDANO LE BRATELLE DA UOMO) .

Soldi buttati!!!

Ho acquistato una valigia, usata al massimo 2 o 3 volte e sempre conservata in casa, in un ambiente asciutto e privo di umidità.

Dopo un periodo di inutilizzo, l’ho ripresa per un viaggio e l’ho trovata in condizioni disastrose: la parte superiore completamente disintegrata, le altre parti risultano meno danneggiate, ma comunque non integre.

Da un prodotto dal costo non certo basso e da un marchio che ricordavo come sinonimo di qualità e durata (le borse ai tempi del liceo erano praticamente indistruttibili), mi aspettavo decisamente di più.

Una valigia praticamente nuova, da buttare dopo pochissimi utilizzi: soldi completamente sprecati. Un’esperienza molto deludente, che purtroppo mi fa riconsiderare la fiducia nel marchio.

Non rispondono mai, in pratica se scrivi un email (non c'è altro modo), ti rispondono dopo una settimana o più , senza darti soluzioni, e come se non bastasse se devi rendere il prodotto per qualsiasi motivi ( rotto, ordinato per un compleanno rimasto in giacenza bloccato per mancata consegna e riordinato un altro), devo trovarti tu il corriere a tue spese, oltre non sapendo se verrai rimborsato.
Un grande marchio ma piccola gestione!
Mai più da loro alla fine meglio Amazon!
