Been asked to write a review, ordered the product over a week ago. Not received my order, not received any email updates on it and customer service haven’t responded to my email asking for an update. Wouldn’t order from their website again.

Was gifted by my mom a Medela Motion InBra pumping machine (double). My baby is now born and the machine does absolutely nothing for me because of my nipples’ shape. This machine will only work if you have big nipples otherwise the suction (with any of the 3 nipple option you have) will not work.

I am now full with milk that I can’t pump and a machine that doesn’t work on me.

Don't bother purchasing their bra's absolutely rubbish quality and do not last.

Got this regardless the TP reviews. Heard really good things about the brand from the midwives and hospitals so went ahead and bought one. Have been using it to collect colostrum before birth as it’s a low risk pregnancy. Hand pumping gave me 2-4 mls a day and after using this twice I have been getting just a little over 8ml per session (3 times a day). Very gentle on skin and no pain at all. Only downside is i needed to buy the correct flange insert from amazon to go with it. It would be nicer if the brand made their own inserts and sold them.

Disappointed One size of breast attachment only, too big for me. One size fits all! No.

I really needed a one-hand-free breast pump and I bought this one on a recommendation but unfortunately, it was not for me as there was no suction when I tried to put it on my breast, so it was not for me.
Now trying to get in touch with Mandela for a refund but no luck yet.

I purchased a breast pump from Medela on 21/05/2026. The item was brand new and unused, and I requested a return on 23/05/2026.

Since then, I have had an extremely frustrating experience trying to obtain my refund. I have contacted Medela's customer service more than 20 times by both phone and email, yet the issue remains unresolved. I have been waiting for my refund since 28/05/2026 and have received little meaningful assistance despite my repeated attempts to follow up.

As a customer, I expected a straightforward return process and prompt communication. Instead, I have spent weeks chasing updates and trying to get a resolution. The lack of responsiveness and the delay in processing my refund have been very disappointing.

I hope Medela improves its customer service and refund procedures so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I cannot recommend purchasing directly from Medela based on my experience.

I had a very poor experience with Medela and would not recommend ordering from them directly. After purchasing order 116146, we tried to return or exchange the item, but customer service never replied to our messages. There does not appear to be any clear alternative way to complete a return or exchange if their support team does not respond, which leaves customers completely stuck.
It is extremely frustrating to buy from a company and then receive no support when you need help after the purchase. A reliable company should make returns and exchanges straightforward and should respond to customers in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all.
Based on this, I would not recommend Medela. If you are considering buying from them, be aware that getting help with a return or exchange may be very difficult if customer service does not respond.

I really wanted this hands free pump to work but unfortunately they only have 24 and 21mm cups and don’t offer any inserts to make them smaller. My nipples are too small and are dragged in and bruised. £200 totally wasted, don’t understand why they don’t have more inclusive sizing available

I haven’t received my order yet and have contacted Medela but no response. The pump was ordered on the 2nd April so I would expect some update by now.

Customer support do not answer phone calls or emails.

Had to tell bank to blacklist company.

Pump doesn't work, it made me think my supply was rubbish, would use for 25-30 minutes on opposite side while baby was feeding and would get maybe 5-10mls just got a hand held one and used it after this pump and got 100mls in 15 minutes. So disappointed

Excellent product, hassle free order ans quick delivery. I was upgrading from a manual pump and this was recommended to me. Game changer. Thank you

Great product but didn’t have a choice on cup sizes when ordering so thought it would come with a selection of different sizes. However it didn’t so i have had to order these separate in my size. Making the product not such a great price now!

The item arrived in good time. Reduced price seems more appropriate due to some issues. The size of the cups is nice and it is easy to use. Suction is good. Item looks good and the parts are easy to clean and assemble. The main issue is the flange size - it only comes with 24 or 21 - why don’t customers get the chance to choose? Why not providing / offering the smaller flanges? Even having 24, 21 AND 17mm would be better. If I went to a clothes shop I wouldn’t be expected to buy clothes two or three sizes bigger. I know I can get adjustments but these costs more and are not as comfortable to use. Also the lid cover is a bit difficult to open and close , I do worry that it will leak one day if I don’t close it properly. Overall though it is a better product than what I have seen and used elsewhere.
