Had to give them 1 star, Ordered a Triton electric shower 8.5kw online and they said they were 7 in stock and accepted payment for the shower about 20mins later someone from the B&Q Blackpool store contacted me saying they had to cancel my order because it wasn't in stock, but I could have the 9.5kw shower for £10 extra I asked if I could have the shower for the same price as I ordered and the girl on the phone said she would have to ask the manager of the store so she would ring me back.... 10 mins later she rang back and said she was really sorry but the manager had said NO b&q don't even admit when they get it wrong....

Very happy with customer service, everyone helpful and friendly. Only put 3stars because though we use the tradecard, we do not get the products any cheaper, so do not really see the point of having one?

Its great using the dedicated TradePoint service counters, shame more stores don't have them. The staff are always helpful and avoids the long queues at the tills on busy days.

Disappointed
Disappointed, I was told in store I would get 10% off, when my card arrived I got 5%, and now I’m told I have to spend £250 a month to 5% off, I’ve gone back to Wickes and Toolstation.

Trade discount is non existent
Their discount is non existent. I no longer buy much from them as it is so poor. Wickes you get a straight 10% off everything regardless of spend tradepoint was always changing in and now kitchens arent discounted either. Lost all my business now as too poor.
