The parcel was shipped after more than 10 days of purchase!!!!!!

We already had a single Medela pump but when the twins came along it was a no brainer to upgrade! The rechargeable battery is really handy to move around but it should come with a belt clip and sling option or its pointless for mobility when pumping. We brought additional head units as we originally tried to use our older Medela ones (don’t do it) as they are not sealed units and can cause milk to work its way back into the pump. The newer “personal fit Flex connectors” as they are sealed head units and don’t have this problem, however because they are white and grey plastic you can’t see if the milk is still flowing (Medela please change this part to a clear plastic so its possible to see the milk flow). Other then these minor issues/ ideas its a great pumping system.

Great pump. Easy to use (even when exhausted). Has helped me to be far more independent again as I’m no longer attached to a mains powered pump every 3 hours.

Only negative really is that it could use a clip or something to enable it to be more easily attached to clothing.

I rented their Symphony breast pump for several months.
I returned the pump on 1 November but they charged me the full month of November and refused to process a refund even if I have not used the machine! They could easily issue a refund pro rata for the time I have not used the breast pump but obviously, they want to squeeze as much money as they can from you. This is also clear from the fact that they charge you twice during the first month.
This is a pain as the breast pump worked excellently but their system and customer service are horrendous!
Be careful if you want to rent their machines.

I bought it to help me increase my breast milk supply but I simply wasted my money and time. After 1 week of using it several times a day, almost no milk came out. I felt my breasts full and still nothing came out. Yes, I've already tested it with different flange sizes and the result was the same, less than 1oz in each breast. I was extremely worried about my milk supply and I decided to try hand expressing and it worked. It turned out much more than I imagined it would. Really disappointed with the product. I threw my money away.

Pump is good for hands free pumping. It doesn’t come with a clip to enable the pump unit to be attached to you. The pause button is incredible sensitive and becomes annoying as it constantly stops when touched lightly.
I don’t feel the pump justifies the price and I’ve used a much cheaper hands free option which worked the same.

They did give me relief when i started breast feeding... however they were a bit fiddly to put on ..

For me, as exclusive pumper, this is life saving tool! This is my third child, and previously I had no hands free pump, just regular, but with two kids and baby it is impossible to pump and do all things around. With this pump, pumping is easy and fast, it is strong enough to keep my milk amount. I am from Serbia, we don’t have this pump in the market, so I got it from UK, and I m so satisfied!

Noisy uncomfortable always having to hold it. Would love to return the product. Its a waste of 90 quid don't buy stay away.

Excellent customer service when needed. Pump works really well and is comfortable. Returns also very easy.

All arrived in a timely manner and as expected. Only used a few times so far and very good. I would recommend to others.

Awful. I ordered the pump before birth so would have it ready but it was broken when I went to use it. I was told it would take 48 hours to replace, then DHL came to collect the faulty one but didn’t deliver the replacement. I was told that the new one was coming on a different van. That van broke down. They then couldn’t deliver a new one until the following week. My supply was seriously impacted and my little newborn had to go on formula. All Medela did was blame the delivery company. No sympathy or attempt to help. Dreadful service.

Very comfortable bras, work well for use at nighttime whilst breastfeeding

Absolutely amazing product! I had used a couple other pumps and didn’t have much luck until I was recommended Medela. Best decision made! Suction is great and didn’t hurt at all, really easy to use and clean. I would definitely recommend getting one of the bras too to make the pump more hands free

Great products. I have the maxi swing double but purchased a hand pump this time which is so quick and easy to use with hardly any setup time, very easy to wash too. Earlier than expected delivery

Well thought out and quality products. The symphony hospital grade breast pump is magnificent. And the breast support works hand in hand. Delivery was fast and rental was arranged quickly- good value for money in my opinion

The breast pump is fantastic and in my opinion the best one in the market. Minimal noise when working, easy to clean, soft on the skin and highly effective. The customer care replies very promptly and always very helpful too. Best purchase I havd done and worth every penny.
