The description of the product was accurate. A 7.5 firmness deep mattress, with a memory foam top layer, provided perfect support for my back ( I'm 76) and a comfortable cosiness mattress feel. Delivery and instructions for unpacking the bed all helpful and efficient too

I've been emailing to get my mattress returned because it's not for me as it's too firm and as i have hip surgery penciled in the next few weeks and also having neuropathy the mattress caused pains and needles in my legs and arms. Rem-fit got back to me and offered either 2 different mattresses or a full refund before the full 30 day ned in period because of my condition which was really helpful. Thanks to Amy for her help too.

Would highly recommend REM-Fit. Very easy to order, with good choice and prices. Once ordered I was kept informed of progress and able to book a delivery day of my choice, and room of my choice on the day. Have been very happy with the mattress since. The hip pain I had been experiencing with my previous mattress has gone, so fingers crossed this continues

We stayed at a friend’s house a while back and had one of the best nights of sleep we've had in years. When it came time to replace our own mattress—which wasn't super old, just not that comfortable—we immediately reached out to ask what brand they were using. They told us about REM-Fit, and so we decided to go with them, albeit a slightly different mattress. We haven't been disappointed so far (three weeks in)! It's lived up to the hype and transformed our sleep.

Who knew a new mattress could make all the difference. I am 64 years old and a carer, so lots of moving and handling has left its mark on my lower back. One night on my new REM mattress and experienced no pain or stiffness on getting out of bed during the night and in the morning. Amazing. The delivery guys were so helpful too.

Great experience. The mattress arrived on time and for an extra charge the old one was taken away, the new one unpacked and 6 hours later we slept on it. Great night's sleep. The Ortho 4000 is softer than expected but nonetheless supportive. With all the discounts offered and free pillows, a good buy. Highly recommended.

I bought the REM-Fit 4000 Ortho Elite Hybrid Mattress and so far I’m very happy with it.

I was looking for something supportive and reasonably firm, but I still wanted it to be comfortable rather than feeling like I was sleeping on a board. This mattress has been a really good balance for me. It feels supportive without being uncomfortable, and I’ve found it much easier to get comfortable at night.

The mattress also feels very solid and well made. You can tell there is quite a lot going on inside it, but it doesn’t feel unnecessarily hard or rigid. After using it for a while, I’m still very pleased with the choice and I’m sleeping well on it.

The ordering and delivery were straightforward as well, with no problems from my side.

Overall, I’m genuinely very happy with the 4000 Ortho Elite. It was quite a big purchase, so I spent some time deciding which mattress to go for, and I’m glad I chose this one.

We bought a rem-fit pocket 2000 hybrid mattress in 2020 which has been the most comfortable mattress in our home and is still working great after 6 years. We now bought another rem-fit supreme 3000 hybrid mattress this month. It is even better for side sleeping. We got 2 pillows as free gifts, and thanks to the great customer service, we are able to exchange the free pillows for a pocket sprung pillow and a bamboo pillow as my wife is allergic. They are all great products and are supportive and feel of high quality. We love rem-fit so much, we bought other products: another Bamboo pillow, a halo topper and three Tencil mattress protectors. Now everyone in our home is enjoying comfortable sleeping on rem-fit.

I was looking for a new mattress for a while and kept seeing other brands, but found rem-fit and seen the awards they got the price of the mattress and that fact they chucked in two pillows for free, thought why not try due to their trial period.
