In delivery day, The delivery crew called me at 6:45am that they will arrive in 10minutes.

Very bad service

椅子が組み立て不要で使えるのが良いです。あと家の階段を運搬してもらえるといったサービス面も大変ありがたかった。

So far, I’m happy with the product. Easy set up and use, seems comfortable but time will tell to whether it lives up to the expectation and price tag of a Steelcase chair.

I am scoring low due to the service. I should start by saying the representative from customer service who helped me was helpful and mostly responsive. But the issues were…
1) they sent me the wrong chair, then
2) got the wrong chair picked up before sending me a new one (felt like the priority was backwards)
3) when my chair was finally out for delivery the courier just delivered to someone else and allowed them to sign off on it even though my address was many suburbs away. I had to call the courier to explain it hadn’t been delivered before the issue was resolved.

When you pay for a premium product, you expect a decent level of service, which is why I am scoring low.

Let’s hope I don’t have issues with the chair in the foreseeable future.

組み立て済みで届けてくれたおかげですぐに使えて大変助かりました。
155センチの小柄ですが、体に合うようにあらゆる調整ができるので安心しました。何より動きがスムーズで軋む音がほとんどしないことに感動しました。長く使いたいです！

Took 12 business days and 2 emails to confirm shipping, replied that this is how they conduct business but at least chair got delivered within 15 business days

The chair is really good but very slow for shipping interstate and they forgot the lumber support for the chair. Getting it shipped after the fact was a bit of work. Since they are using a 3 party logistics company for drop shipments it makes tracking and support a real pain.

土曜に来店予約を受け付けていただいてとても助かりました。
次に椅子を購入するときもSteelcase WorkLifeで購入を検討したいと思います。

The product arrived with a small defect, we immediately sent email to customer service, but received no reply, I reiterated a week later, then called the store, and then sent third email. I eventually got a response that offered no help but acted like they'd never heard from me, then sent me off to a new agent that has now ignored us for a week.

It's now 3 weeks since and we are no closer to having anyone help us or even acknowledge there is an issue.

price dropped before my item was delivered and i received a refund for the difference - item was easy to assemble and high quality+ very comfortable

ブラックフライデーで注文したが年内には発送されず、年明け一月下旬の発送となるため。
年末年始の最も椅子を活用する時期に商品が手元になく使うことができないのは非常に困る。
別のカラーであれば納期を早められると連絡があったが、注文したものと色の系統が異なるので余計な提案だった。提案するのであれば同系統のカラーサンプルを届けて欲しい。

在宅ワークで毎日7-8時間使用しますが、快適に利用できています。

実際にショウルームを訪れ、コンサルタントに説明を受け納得しました。　決して安い買い物ではないので、こういった購入前のサポートがあることについては、とても評価できますし、また伺ってよかったと思います。

Installation person came and assembled the chair but height adjustment is not working, height adjustment handle is keep on rotating no tightness, he tried to do all the possibilities ad told chair itself is a faulty item. you can also confirm with installation person. I didn't expect this to be like this. Also quality of the chair and plastic is not at all worthy for price. I'm totally disappointed.

Product developed a fault in less than a week. It's been three weeks since I've submitted a warranty claim and I'm still not close to a resolution. To develop a fault so soon is disappointing, but my main frustration is the poor customer support.

窓口が電話もメールもwebもどこもつながらないし、返信も全く来ない。伝えるだけで港区ショールームまで足を運ばないと行けないのか？
平日の日中13時〜14時なのに、このサポート体制？大手メーカーとは思えない。電話サポートがすぐに対応しているハーマンミラー社とは大違い。選択を誤った。期待を大きく下回った対応。下請け運送ヤマトの対応も最悪だった。
