椅子の座りごこちは素晴らしいものです。
私は体が大きいので、ジェスチャーチェアのサイズ感が合っていると思います。
ヘッドレストは迷いましたが、後ろにもたれて休むことも多いので付けてもらってよかったです。私としては邪魔になることはありません。
最初は中古のものを買うつもりでしたが、長期保証の安心が欲しくて正規店で購入しました。
値段は高いですが、返って仕事をするモチベーションアップにつながっています。
長く使っていきたいと思います。

My purchase includes one chair with headest. I agreed with your service support that they can deliver chair first while waiting for headrest. Now it is 2nd week of oct. it is almost a month and there is no ETA as of when the headrest to be delivered.

Very disappointed.

この椅子のおかげで姿勢が良くなった気がします。座り心地がかなり良いです。

ショールームに伺いましたが、とても親切に対応してくださり自分に合うチェアを選択することができました。

スチールケースのオフィスチェアを使用する前は2万円台の椅子を使用していましたが、あまりにも体への負担が違います。
腰痛がありましたが、それも改善されました。
ヘッドレストを付けるか悩みましたが、私は身長155センチで背もたれに頭が少し乗るので必要ありませんでした。

保証が長く安心ですが、できる限り自分でも綺麗に使い大切にしようと思います。

まだまだサービスもアメリカの公式ストアに及ばず発展途上という印象です。品切れが多いのも気になりました。今度パーツのみの注文や選べるカラーバリエーションの増加も求めます。X（旧Twitter）の更新も一部のセール情報が抜けていたりしますのでセール情報はしっかりポストして下さい。発送に関しては家財便であることの通知も欲しかったです。早朝に知らない電話番号で運送業者から電話が突然かかってきたため対応できず、受取りが2日ほど遅れてしまいました。
最後に、毎日のようにレビューの催促をするのはあまり良くないと思います。購入してしばらく使用してから正確なレビューをしようと思っていましたので少ししつこいなと思いました。

腰痛がひどくリープを購入しました。
調整可能部分が多く、とにかくしっかりと背面をささえてくれます。在宅勤務もかなり楽になりました。値段は高いですが10年は軽く使えそうです。背もたれがかなり広めなので、体格が良い男性でも背中がはみ出る事なく、すっぽり収まります。デザインも色味も丸っこいので女性にもすごくいいと思います！

案内、商品の性能含めて全てが素晴らしかった。

I had a scheduled appointment but yet the person in the store decided to accept a "walk in" customer.
I came with a budget of 1000 USD but yet the person in the store did not take me seriousely.

The chair itself is good and I ended up buying online, but you have to improve your customer service.

A fantastic chair. Comfortable.

Delivery was on time, while it would be better for delivery staff to help move the chair to the room instead of leaving it at the door.

返品キットに配送伝票・梱包用ベルトが入っていない。
返品用のBOXへのゲーミングチェアの入れ方の説明がない。

まだうまくセッティングはできていませんが、長時間座っていても今までの椅子より着座面の疲れが無いような気がします。

Fast shipment and hassle free. Great purchase experience.

The chair itself is good, however it lacked instructions for self-assembly. Assembly was straightforward enough, however it turned out there was a small orange cap that needed to be removed from the gas strut, which I didn't see. Once assembled, it was very hard to reverse and as a result, the lift up-down function was not working. So it required a service appointment and a week's wait to get this fixed. The service overall was good, it's just a shame that such a trivial thing resulted in a service appointment and a lot of time wasted, when it could have been prevented with a simple instruction during assembly (or even a 'REMOVE' tag on the cap itself).
