Favourite mystery shopping!
This company is so reliable and consistent. If I need help staff always get back to me asap and are very helpful. Amount of shops available varies but often there are plenty and some online options online as well. Sometimes instructions aren’t written very clearly which can lead to confusion over how much you will be reimbursed, what to do for the job and what information you need to remember.

I've been working with ShopperNow for over a decade😅 It's an easy and fun side hustle! You can choose your own jobs and hours, and even reschedule, no hassle at all. This job has been really great while I've been doing 'The Big Lap' of Australia in my campervan, especially since the more remote jobs will earn you a bit extra😁

A great side hustle!
Shopper now is an awesome company to work for and is a great way to make some extra money on the side! The shop instructions are always easy to follow and complete. The pay is consistently accurate and timely. I have been with the company for over two years and cannot fault them. Overall I highly recommend working with Shopper Now!

Dental Experience
I do thoroughly enjoy doing secret shopper as a side hustle. I enjoy the report system as it’s quite to the point and easy to access. My last experience was through a dental clean which was great because I learnt a lot about my teeth and where to go from there. The dentist was lovely and took me through the whole process which made the experience far more informative than I thought it would be.

An honest review
I haven't had a shop since around august 2022. It was good when a lot of shops were available but now I think they're just hiring too many people which means unless you have insane fast internet, you'll miss out.

Jobs are great
Jobs are great, easy to follow briefs, easy to complete reports, and validation is quick. A huge improvement on 3-4 years ago when I was last doing mystery shops.

It’s a good job to have on the side
It’s a good job to have on the side, however you need an income to do it as pay is mainly being reimbursed which can be hard when you don’t have money in the first place
However it’s very easy to find jobs to do near by, they have really good communication between you and staff and the jobs themselves are very simple but also fun.
I would give it 5 stars if there was a bigger profit
