Around April last year Chantel, who is an employee for the beauty department accused my daughter of stealing. She tried to humiliate her and interrote in front of others. I wonder what kind of employees they keep here. Would not reccomend this location at all. Yikes. And she still workes here FYI.

In and out with my prescription

I went to my local SDM today and while the sales person was very pleasant, I left without buying the majority of items on my list as SDM has cancelled or greatly reduced the seniors bonus program without notice. I used to buy a long list of items on the last Thursday of every month when they offered a $10 bonus. I was given misinformation (as I was before) that the bonus program was not happening today but to check back next week. I said no as I have heard that before and it was not accurate, so I asked her to check further. She checked with her manager and confirmed that the bonus program is eliminated or greatly reduced. Good buy Shoppers Drugmart. No need to deal with your overpriced stuff anymore. I will shop elsewhere and hope that your decision causes you to lose business.

Ordered online, I am in Ontario/GTA area - yet my order is shipped from BC?? and will take over a week to get to me. Very disappointed - I will no longer bother to shop online from Shoppers Drug Mart - they even state orders for GTA will only take up to 3 days!!

Super-frustrated. I bought online, and the delivery service say they attempted to deliver 3 times and I wasn't here. But I was here at ALL 3 times. They didn't even try to get buzzed in, or call me. And now they've marked my package to be sent back to SDM, so I have to spend time to chase it down. This will cost me a lot more in time than it was worth for those savings. The worst is that this has happened before. Shame on me for continuing to do business here.

Very disappointing experience today. I went to Shoppers around 10:30 a.m. and saw an employee putting Pokémon cards out. I was excited because my daughter is really into Pokémon, and the new 30th Anniversary set had just been released.

I was told there was a limit of one Pokémon product per customer and that only a single pack and a tin were available. I understood the policy and purchased one tin and one pack.

However, I later saw an employee from the pharmacy take a box from the back storage area into the pharmacy area. He then took one of the Pokémon 30th Anniversary sets out of the box to show his coworkers. When I asked about the set, I was told that none were available.

I explained to the employee what I had just seen and asked about the set again. The response was very impatient and made me feel like I was causing trouble simply by asking a reasonable question. I was again told that only a tin and a single pack were available, despite what I had personally witnessed.

This experience left me with the impression that some of the more valuable Pokémon products may have been set aside for employees. Considering the high resale value of these items, I find this especially concerning.

I truly believe that if there is a one-per-customer policy, it should apply equally to employees and customers. Families and kids should have a fair opportunity to purchase these products. More importantly, customers should be treated respectfully when asking questions about product availability.

I'm furious. This woman who works at SDM pretty much everyday is always SO rude. Today I was asking her, nicely about how to use optimum points and every question received rolling eyes. She was clearly frustrated by my two questions. She is always rude plus she takes her sweet time..today was on her phone. I can't understand why you keep someone who has little to no respect for the customer. I have several friends and family who feel the same. One refuses to go there during the week because of her. I will be doing the same. Oh plus..as I was leaving I quietly said, unbelievable and she laughed at me as I was leaving.....very inappropriate. What happened to treating customers with respect. This happens ALL the time where she's rude. She wears a scarf over her head...only saying cuz I don't know her name but she's there always during the day, during the week. Fyi I am not prejudice at all..never have been. I treat people the way I'm treated.

I have been a customer at SDM since a teenager, and I appalled how they treat loyal customers. I recently purchase a gift card a SDM, for Lululemon, and when I tired using it with my daughter, I was told it declined. I submitted an inquiry with SDM and Lululemon an both insisted the card was already redeemed! and they are unable to provide funds. That is not acceptable! When you work hard for your money and purchase a gift card from one of their locations as a gift, and it is defected, it is the responsibility of corporation to replace or refund it, not told already been redeemed. And told it happens often with the gift cards. I will continue to reach for a resolution. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM ANY SDM!!!

I received my online order (Order #P1-904473838) on July 15, 2026, which included a promotional gift set. Upon checking, the gift items were ALREADY EXPIRED (marked 03/2026 & 04/2026)—meaning they shipped stock that expired months before my order was even placed.
Sending expired skincare products is unsafe and unacceptable. To make matters worse, customer service dismissed my issue using a "30-day return policy" and disconnected the chat. Shipping expired goods is a quality failure, not a standard return. Extremely disappointing service.

Shoppers Drug Mart Life Brand Clear Bandages are the worst band aid to purchase. The paper they are wrapped in is so thin you can't get the band aid out without ripping it. Such a waste of money. I will never purchase life brand again.

I visit your store on 10th Line and Thomas in Mississauga, Ontario often . Justin who is one of the associates there goes over and beyond to be helpful . Very kind always a big smile. Shoppers Drug Mart Sherwood Park Mall store 0033. Please talk to staff especially the cashiers. Or else get new ones none of there cashiers act like they hate their jobs. Saturday morning Sept 5 shopped at that store and the cashier was so impatient and very rude. All I have to say is Do better because this is not the first time this has happened.

I had a great experience at the self checkout section thanks to Ferdousi. She was incredibly helpful and efficient with my cashout, ensuring everything went smoothly and with a smile. I specifically appreciated her assistance when I was handling my return for a desk organizer; she made a process that is usually a hassle feel very quick and easy at Dixon and Kipling Shoppers

My wife was sent a coupon offer to her iPhone for 'President's Choice' ground coffee for $15.99 each. (Limit 4 per customer)  So today she went to Shoppers to buy 4 of the cartons of coffee, but at the checkout, the rude cashier told her she was only allowed 2 not 4, and when my wife tried to show her the offer on her phone, the cashier refused to even look at it.  To me this is not only bad service, but False Advertising.
I emailed customer service and they refused to do anything about this matter, so to me, Shoppers is guilty of false advertising or bait and switch marketing.

I Recently purchased skincare products from water street location.including Avène sunscreen and a Vichy product. While the Vichy purchase included its advertised gift, I was disappointed that my purchase was not placed in any gift packaging.
While I was still there, another customer made a purchase of approximately $30 and was given lovely gift packaging. I found this inconsistent and unfair. Customers should receive the same standard of service, or the staff should clearly explain if gift packaging is connected to a particular promotion or purchase requirement.
This experience left me feeling that customers were not being treated equally. I hope Shoppers Drug Mart at Cornwall Square reviews this with its beauty department staff and applies its policies consistently.

Asked for a cholesterol test. Have had many done in the past. Refused because apparently I don’t purchase enough from them to Qualify? I am healthy and do mot need meds and like to get tested occasionally to keep healthy!

Went to purchase butter for 1.99 limit of 4 after neighbor was there and all she required to get that price was her optimum CARD. Another neighbor went before me and she was told that the Optimum app had to be downloaded on her phone to get the special price. She left without her butter. When I arrived, I was told the offer had to be downloaded. I left the butter there. The supervisor was rude when I asked why 3 different people were told 3 different ways they could take advantage of the sale. Why should any customer have to jump through hoops to get a deal. An optimum card is all that should be required. Imagine an 80 year old person who doesn't know how to download anything let alone have a cell phone. Absolutely ridiculous. i have never been a Shoppers fan but this just finished me for good.

I usually buy jewelry from Shoppers.
I bought earrings that were not able to open or close. I took back and was told no return policy on jewelry. The cashier was good and contacted the manager twice. Eventually the manager decided to do the return.
So....don't buy jewelry from Shoppers Drug Mart.

Downtown chilliwack store. The woman in the makeup/perfume department was absolutely lovely. Very helpful and kind. Great customer service!

Shoppers stole my unlisted cell phone number and gave it to one of their delivery drivers without my consent or knowledge and then lied about. The owner refuses to talk.
