I had an appointment booked to get my flu and covid shot today at 12:00 at the Burquitlam location, store 251. I arrived 10 minutes early to make sure I didn't inconvenience the pharmacy. While I was waiting there was a young couple filling out the paperwork to get their shots so they obviously did not have appointments (which I did confirm with the pharmacist). The person giving the shots opened the door and motioned for the couple to come in. I asked her about my 12:00 appointment and she said "don't worry about it, it's 11:57". I found that pretty rude, why would she elect to take two people who needed multiple vaccines in 3 minutes before someone with a scheduled appointment? Why not take me in, give me the two shots then bring the couple in after, that would have been the right thing to do. My appointment time came and went so I left without getting my vaccinations. I called the pharmacist and asked how I could submit a complaint and he tried to explain that they got in before me because they were getting multiple vaccinations. That didn't make any sense because I was also getting multiple vaccinations but I had an appointment and they didn't. I honestly felt like I was being discriminated against. Needless to say my family will NEVER shop at that location again or use the pharmacy. In fact we will most likely stop shopping all togethers at Shoppers because of the bad experience.

I’m so over the pharmacy department. Absolutely horrible staff. I will never return and moving all my prescriptions and my mothers to private pharmacy. They forget who the customer is?

Apparently you have to select at least one star before you can enter your review. For years I had absolutely no problems with this store. But consistently over the past 3 years I have experienced many problems. The most significant is the actual delivery of a prescription. They email a notice that it is ready for delivery but then they fail to deliver. You then must try to contact the store but are no longer able to talk with a real person. I need the prescription, they don't follow through with the actual delivery, can no longer talk with the pharmacy to remind them that a delivery is pending, too late I am dead, WTF.

I refuse to use shoppers any longer. They have completely changed, every single employee in the stores I visit in lower mainland are immigrants and they seem to be strictly hiring them only. This WAS a neighborhood store with locals working and helping. It's gone so far down the drain. No paper bags if you're in a pinch they force you to pay $2-$3 per bag.

The prescription department is no better. They have poor communication and my father's meds couldn't be filled for 3 days, landing him in hospital.

Done. No longer support them.

Bad attitude to my GF and no bags at all for apple and banana, that is bullshit and she speak bad words to us, I hope the manager will fired her ASAP. Thanks.

I completed a Shoppers Drug Mart survey 2 weeks ago with a Oral B gift package promised within 5 days. They are about to open a new store in Dunnville which I'm anxiously waiting for but this scam has change my faith in there ability to satisfy my needs.

I'm vary please with the girls at the cash Andriana very friendly and ready to help with everything you need I'm regular customer for years I see and be served by Andriana!

Almost every time I go to shoppers drug Mart, I am helped by the wonderful Adriana. She’s very accommodating and speaks my language and also is very helpful to my mother as well. Who is a senior.. it would be nice if there were more people like Adriana in the world.

Store closed 15 minutes before closing time

The food case where eggs etc are hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time and has mold growing in it.

I just had the owner/pharmacist of the shoppers on Bayfield in Barrie have the pharmacy tech tell me my $200 prescription didn’t go through my plan. Once paid I left and I phoned my plans and I am then told nothing has been put through the plan today. NAHID BARDAY one stand up pharmacist. My next call is to the College of Pharmacists.

My wife Sandra that works at linenchest at st.laurent shopping centre in Ottawa,Ontario always enjoys the great service from Y. Jane at the boutique. She always has great beauty tips and suggestions..I have spent hundreds of dollars in this boutique and will continue to go there when i need beauty advice and I always love the great samples that she gives me.

I had a horrible experience for the first time in Shoppers Drugmart in New Sudbury Mall today at Pharmacy. I came by around 2:35 pm to collect my prescription. I was told the other day to come back on Tuesday to collect the remaining meds, so I came by today 23rd Sept 2025. I was assisted by a lady named "KOUSHIKA". I ask politely and she asks me for my details: Full name, mobile number, my complete address, and what my medicine is. Sounds weird, but it's fine. I gave all the details she needed. I told her I was informed to come back today, and I already paid for my meds. She told me "Okay 20 mins". So I ask her What do you mean, 20 minutes. She answers me back in a rude way " You already got your first set of meds 2 days ago so what's the problem? I cannot believe this kind of customer service she provides to answer me back in a very rude way. Then she told me that it is not ready with high intonation, and that is when I got pissed and started to confront her. She didn't even stop there. One lady tried to stop her because she was talking back and proudly showing how rude she is. I want to call the attention of the STORE MANAGER to look into this kind of Staff behavior. It will ruin the reputation of the company. When the customer asks politely, it is not hard to explain the reason so the customer will understand. It's very clear that the lady "KOUSHIKA" doesn't know how to do her job and doesn't treat the customer properly. Therefore, she is not supposed to be there. I have been in the Customer Sales Management industry for many years, and I cannot tolerate this kind of behavior. Every customer has the right to ask, and it's her job to give a clear answer without being rude.

I wish 0 stars was an option!!! The pharmacy team is very rude and does not do as asked. I have waited 4 days for a fax to my DR for a prescription refill, and they have not even faxed it over yet. Constant delays, and rudeness from them when you ask for them to do anything (like call the DR, ask questions, etc). When the year is over, I will be moving all my pharmacy needs to any other pharmacy.

Stood in line today along with about 8 other people waiting for the store to open at 9.00am. At five after nine we were told that they could not open the store until the pharmacist arrives for work. Waited until 9.10am and then we were told the store would not open until 9:30. Had conversation with other people and learned that the pharmacist has done this on many occasions in the past. This is unacceptable. Considering not shopping at this store anymore and I live locally. Frustrating.

Appalling customer service. Placed an online order. One item (Armani Beauty highlighter) arrived defective. Called customer service for a replacement. Sent photos. Received an email saying to return it by mail but they didn’t attach the postage label. Emailed them every day for a week to get the label but no response. Tried call customer service again this weekend but the answer message says they’re closed despite calling during the hours posted on their website. Will never buy beauty products from here again. Sephora’s customer service is superior - always so easy to deal with.

Living in the GTA, Shoppers Drug Mart is everywhere — it’s supposed to be the convenient, go-to spot for essentials. But convenience means nothing when the service is consistently disappointing. In-store isn’t great, but ordering online? Somehow worse. The website feels like it was designed a decade ago with zero input from anyone who’s actually used the internet. Glitchy, slow, and completely user-unfriendly.

And then there’s their delivery service — Metro Supply Chain — which is, without exaggeration, the worst courier experience I’ve ever had. Packages get lost, delivery attempts are phantoms (no doorbell, no knock, nothing), and the tracking system is a joke. One minute the package is 10 minutes away, three hours later it’s 22 minutes away, and the map looks like the driver’s on a scenic hot air balloon tour of Southern Ontario.

Worse still, they don’t respond to feedback. No acknowledgment, no apologies, no accountability. Prices are higher than competitors, and when you try to reach out via chat or email, you spend time writing detailed, helpful feedback — only for the system to crash and erase everything. It’s like they’re intentionally making it hard to be heard.

This company has clearly outgrown any interest in caring about its customers. I like collecting PC Optimum points, but honestly? I’d rather shop somewhere that respects its customers’ time, money, and intelligence.

Just used pan Oxl face acne wash and it made my face feel so clean; I’m really happy with this face wash my face feels like it is still being cleaned after it has been rinsed off. I can’t wait to see the result that come with the long term use in using this product.
