I've shopped here a few times, liked it, and was satisfied with my purchases. The only problem I have these days with the site is that half of the items I want to buy are out of stock. I received a very nice note in the mail with a code for $10.00 off my next order, but when I tried to do some shopping so many of the things I wanted were out of stock, so I just gave up.

Everytime I try to order, it won't take my card. Then I try using my PayPal account and it doesn't work either. 👎🏾

I've shopped multiple times at shopvejii.com and every single time the service has been impeccable and my frozen items have arrived encased in dry ice and ice packs. No issues whatsoever. I'm very grateful I can shop for vegan items at shopvejii.com in the comfort of my home and have frozen items delivered at lightning speed to my front door. I feel very blessed to have the option to shop at shopvejii.com!

My frozen items were thawed when they aarrived. Vejii sent a replacement order but unfortunately, those items were also thawed. The packaging wasn't adequate to keep them frozen. Customer service issued a refund. I'll order from Vejii again once the packaging is updated.

It's ok could be better shipping a bit too high. It's a good vegan grocery site though.

I had a very nice customer service experience with shopvejii, one of the items I ordered didn't arrive but they refunded me a day later and we're very polite about the whole thing. The items I ordered that did arrive were packaged nicely and stayed fresh and cold. I would definitely buy from them again!

Shopvejii have great vegan products that are affordable. The customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this site if you want quality vegan products that are beneficial for your health.

This site has many of the vegetarian option I need and more importantly, their shipping is not outrageous like other sites. I had an order come with a slightly damaged product. I emailed customer service and they promptly made it right by refunding my money and giving me credits on the site for my next order. Can't wait to place my next order!

I ordered right away, as soon as I saw the add on FB. Customer service was extremely prompt and polite. I had to contact them a few times as I wasn't going to be home, and they were great, helpful and understanding. Free shipping is always a bonus!
One thing I would note for others, is about the Chao (I believe) sliced cheese. I think because it was frozen and it thawed in my fridge, the slices crumble as soon as you touch it, which I found hard to deal with. Although, still very tastey.
And another thing I would keep in mind, is they don't ship Thursdays and Fridays, at least in my area :)

Also - They put a plastic bag around the ice cream which kept it nice and soft!!!! :)

Great company. Wonderful customer service. They seem like they really care about their customers. I had an emergency out of state and couldn’t pick up my order before it went bad. I contacted them and they replaced my entire order. It wasn’t their fault but they still came through for me. That’s what’s call world class!

Amazing customer service! When I contacted them regarding an issue with my order, they had it resolved within an hour. I love that I can get my favorite vegan foods shipped directly to my home for a great price and with free shipping.
