I was told verbally as well as through your generated e-mail I would receive a call from one of your vendors with in a few minutes.
Approximately 30 hours later, I haven't heard from your vendor.
I have gone with a different vendor.

Hung up on
Requested a quote online, no introduction as to who the company was. Could barely understand or hear the representative who contacted me. I asked for clarification in regards to what the call was for/info and was hung up on. I had to call back to figure out who they were. I filled out a quote for Shred Nations and got a call from a DD Logistics?? How am I supposed to figure out what they're calling back! Poor customer service.
