Use this vendor!!!!!! It was so easy and boy were they fast to respond and get me scheduled. I will definitely use them again.

I received a return phone call within 20 minutes of submitting the request for a quote. Can't ask for much better than that.

I thought I was going to call 3 to 5 companies but this was so easy. I made one call to Shred Nations and they help me make the connections. I made the call at 10:26 AM and I had a vendor call me at 10:32 AM to offer a quote. How easy is that?

I have just now scheduled service. From what I was told I will have a good experience. I'll let you know.

Total waste of time. I found my own shredding service online and signed up with them before Shred Nations ever called me. And when the call came, it was just to ask me questions and would not tell me what shredding companies they found for me.

So far the customer service is good, but i will update more as things progress.

I had first read the website as we are looking for a confidential shredding service and this seemed to fit the bill! I am totally impressed! I called for a quote on a 20 box job. Told I would get a call back and
a bid within the hour. Never got a call back or a email.
So I just called another company.
Pretty poor customer service.

I used this website to inquire about shredding services at my residence, after basically striking out with inquiries I had made over the telephone. Within minutes I had a confirmation of my request, followed by a sales representative calling within an hour or two. And a second call the next morning scheduling the service. Worked well.

Quick reply via phone. Caller was professional and pleasant. The web site made me re-enter my last name as one word. My last name is two words: Del Nero. Site said to enter a valid last name after entering Del Nero. Bugged me a little. Oh well........

In less than a minute of putting in my information to just get a quote, they called me. I really appreciate promptness. Gave them the information they requested to have 2 companies call me. In less than 5 mins I received a phone call for a price. Thank you for everything you guys do.
