Many thanks to Steve and the team for great customer yet again.
I took my Yamaha in for the annual MOT and arrived a bit early but the technicians had it all sorted very quickly with the minimum of fuss.
There's always a great atmosphere in there and now they've got a fancy hot drinks machine and china cups (who knew!)
This is the sister shop to Dave Jones Motorcycles in Newtown and that also has the same high standard of customer care.
So we'll done to all the teams in both shops.

Had my motorbike serviced today, the pricing was fair, clear and transparent, the customer service was outstanding, they went above and beyond to make sure my bike was serviced well and that I was aware of any issues with my bike. This dealership is a credit to the Honda brand and I'll definitely be going back there.

All they care about is how to take money from your pocket. If your bike is broken, they will not fix it. I got mine held there for weeks, they did not fix it, they charged me for nothing (I had to pay to get my bike back). Nuts and bolts: missing, misplaced or broken. AVOID.

I have dealt with Matt in sales, Steve and Alan in service. A great company to deal with from the initial purchase to the first service I simply cannot fault them at all. My new bike arrived has an issue with its PDI, they informed me and got new parts ordered under warranty, but still kept to the original delivery deadline. It has a proper old school feel, but in a modern setting, they actually value a customer, not just want a sale then get you out of the door. I particularly like the 100% clarity in the service dept where you can see the Technicians doing the job you pay for, which is very rare in the motorcycle world.
