From start to finish Sean and the Shuttercraft team were excellent! Measurement was thorough, options clear and ordering easy. Installation was quick, clean and friendly and the product is excellent value for money. We love them so much we might try do more rooms in our house. Highly recommend Sean and team! Job well done and with a smile!

Gordon was brilliant and he said we would have to wait 10-12 weeks and he fitted it on week 12 and we are really pleased with the shutter so would recommend the company and maybe having another fitted upstairs now.

Absolutely perfect. Gordon was great, knows his stuff and helped us with advise. From measure to install i cant fault them, would 100% recommend them and great supporting a small local business.

I was delighted with the whole process, measuring, fitting. Satisfied

Excellent service, from initial quote to installation. A recommended product that more than lives up to our high quality expectations.

I am VERY happy with my new shutters. The ordering, measuring and installation were all carried out smoothly and professionally. Have recommended to my neighbours!

Fantastic service, from start to finish - lovely shutters.

I highly recommend Shuttercraft if you are looking to get shutters for your home. Ben and Vicky were both very helpful and professional, from start to finish and a pleasure to deal with. Ben measured and installed the shutters for us and his craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. We are very very happy with our new shutters.

The experience from beginning to end was first class; delivery was ahead of the predicted date; the workmanship on installation was excellent also neat and tidy; the pricing was competitive in todays market.

Great experience from start to finish. We worked with Shuttercraft St Albans for 11 windows (including 2 bay windows) and 1 balcony door. After initial contact, Vicky came already the next day, was very helpful and did not try any hard sell at all (she advised a less expensive material than we were initially considering). We received a quote the same day and were at all times well instructed on the next steps and lead times. Everybody at Shuttercraft excelled in communication, and craftsmanship. Placement was careful and not rushed at all. We are more than pleased how the shutters have transformed our house and would recommend Shuttercraft St Albans without hesitation.

Gene at Shuttercraft is by far the best around. I've recently had my whole house done, and am incredibly happy with the final result. Shuttercraft are not only highly competitively priced, but also are the best quality and hold a high standard of professionalism. 10/10 would recommend.

Our new shutters look fabulous and installation was quick and painless!

Gene was so friendly and helpful. He gave good advice on which shutters to order, the quote arrived the same day and the shutters were delivered and fitted exactly when he said.

So happy with the shutter blinds, they look fantastic, great customer service, excellent company.

We have had a fantastic service from Gene at Shuttercraft. The process from start to finish has been very smooth. The quote was competitive, time to get the shutters was accurate and fitting was efficient. Really pleased!

Massive thanks to both Gene and Ben for the wonderful servicing, from establishing the most appropriate product for our bedroom needs, accurate measurement and flawless final installation. We are really pleased with the final result in that not only do the blinds and fitting look great, but the blinds themselves are super practical. It was was a pleasure dealing with them both and I would recommend Shuttercraft to anyone looking for a quality product.

Very good service from start to finish. Could wish that the delivery times were shorter, though the blockage in the Suez Canal which delayed our delivery further was hardly the fault of Shuttercraft! The fitter who came (Ben) was friendly and efficient and tidied up beautifully after he had finished. We love the finish on the shutters and the privacy they give us.
