Shuttercraft - St Albans Opiniones

I have had Shuttercraft shutters for 10years (originally from John Lewis) and wanted to get more for upstairs bedrooms.
i found this branch in St Albans run by Gene who was extremely helpful on his measuring up and giving us a quote there and then (even in lockdown). Ben , the fitter was extremely polite and tidy and all fitted with no issues. They look great and so happy they match my original ones.

Brilliant pre sales not pushy and very informative. Follow up and fitting no mess and on time. Very pleased with my purchase and hoping to order more. Would highly recommend.

I'm delighted with my new shutters. Gene was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and extremely knowledgeable. I had two non-standard fittings (a bay window and a three- rather than four-sided frame in the other window) and both were measured and fitted to perfection on time and with care. They look great and make such a difference to my rooms. Thanks Gene, a brilliant result and I look forward to transforming the rest of the house in the same way!

Great experience right from first contact until fitting of the shutters. They kept me informed of the status of the order and expected delivery, especially given the variables in covid times. The product itself is well priced, good quality and fitted expertly. Definitely recommend!

Delighted with shutters and Gene and the team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you!

Beautiful shutters fit to perfection, couldn’t be happier, thank you

Gene was extremely knowledgable when he visited to measure up for our shutters, we had quickly chosen the right size and design to match our interior. Ben the fitter was professional and left a great finish in all rooms. Followed the COVID guidelines to the law. Would recommend.

Fantastic product and process - Gene was really knowledgeable and got the correct style ordered at great price and Ben did great quality and fast job fitting

Everything handled very professionally, cant rate highly enough. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Very helpful and did a thorough professional job. Ben the installer did a wonderful job. Absolutely love my shutters

Just had our second set of shutters installed by Shuttercraft.
Great service from start to finish being kept informed throughout.
Love the difference they make to my windows and the light they create with the various options they provide.
Installation was quick and everything was left clean and tidy.
Thanks.

Absolutely delighted with our new shutters!! Even better than we imagined, they have completely transformed the space, such a massive improvement.
I would definitely recommend Shuttercraft. They were the most competitive on price and the customer service has been very good. We had waited a while for the shutters to arrive so we were so pleased they came and fitted them the day after they got them in. Very professional non pushey sales team and a great fitter who fitted them with my three year old talking to him the whole time (no extra charge for that).

Highly recommend this company. Great service from start to finish. Best price from quotes, high quality product and excellent customer service. We absolutely love our new shutters they look amazing. Thank you!

Really happy with the product and service received. We will certainly be using this service again - exceeded expectations
