I'm still waiting!…

I'm still awaiting someone to contact me after 4 emails sent over a 2 week period. Not good, considering they state they will get back to you after 24 hours! One of my orders was missing from my last delivery.

Paid for next day delivery and got my parcel 4 days later. So be weary of paying the extra for a service they do not comply to.
