Unfortunately they gave part of our order to another customer which meant our order was delayed.
Communication is poor as they ignore emails.
When we eventually received our order it was reasonably well made and we were happy with it

Who was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful about their products. But very patient with an elderly lady . Thank you Sean, Also the delivery man was extremely helpful.

All arrived in perfect condition. We are so pleased with the result.

First time customer: great customer service only bettered by the quality of the stone copings I purchased. Delivered perfectly and before scheduled date. Saved me £900 on other quoted price and not six weeks delivery.

Extremely pleased with the Border Terrier Animal Statues, they look amazing at our entrance!
They came within the timeframe given and were well packaged.
I was a little disappointed that despite two attempts, no one came back to me with the further info requested before purchase, hence only 4 stars

Great products, arrived within the period stated and most importantly wrapped extremely well to avoid breakages. The colour variation for the natural stone were identical .. unlike the products I got from London stone whose variation is drastic. My coping step was a nice colour but coping for my porch pillars, same product but completely different colour. I worried about this with signatures statues but all my worries disappeared when I got my my delivery from them

They lure you in with "stock items", yet a 10 day turnaround. Asked around day 8 if I could add another item to the order and it still be delivered together within the original time frame (2 days time). Was told "yes no problem" (not an additional 10 days as Sean suggests). Contacted several times to chase, being promised they would be delivered Friday/Tuesday latest either side of August bank holiday (23rd/26th). Eventually received both items 25 days after first order (2nd September).
Company is full of lies from website, to emails and over the phone (and responses to reviews). Avoid at all costs if timing is critical to your project.
Sean tried contacting me 2 hours after they had been delivered, by which point I wasn't interested in any more lies so didn't answer.

Ordered a sundial plinth - it is a fantastic product - very well made & high quality. Customer service from Sean was 10/10 too - he was so helpful, and delivery arrangements were perfect. Would 100% recommend Signature Statues.

Wanted a cockerpoo statue for my Husbands grave. Could not believe how amazing this statue is, everything about it was perfect. Even sat just like our cockerpoo sat at his feet. Couldn’t be happier with statue and service, think I need to get myself one as well.

Delivered on time & well protected for transport.

We often have to pay extra for delivery due to our postcode but delivery from signature statues was free and the delivery driver was very helpful.
We bought a plinth which arrived in good condition and we consider it to be excellent value for money.

Company contact excellent to work with to produce a good item, which was very well packaged.
