The curler was ok at first and worked fine but now when I charge the curler it doesn’t stay on and turns off straight away and I don’t know why but I should of stuck to straightening my hair with rather my straightener or just a normal curling iron

Received product 6/3/24 tried straight away. Made no difference at all to my hair. Contacted company to ask for returns note and refund. Asked me to send a video why?? Also had to pay for return to Belgium. Still waiting for refund Please don’t fall for the glossy advertisement!! It’s not as advertised

My wife bought a set. The usb connection on the unit broke. Tried to get support without any success. She then ordered another Set for our holidays. Received a email to say they were on the way. Tracking number did not work. Been sending e mails to Customer Services which were ignored. E mails now being returned marked undeliverable. Don't buy...

I ordered this on 2nd January and it just did not arrive. Several emails giving me off telling me it was delayed in shipping etc… then nothing!! I didn’t receive my item or a refund! As under £100 I couldn’t even claim on my credit card. My sister didn’t get her Christmas present last year as I couldn’t afford a replacement. Disgraceful company do not use!

Complete and utter rubbish. Would be a good product if the battery didn't go dead once you turned it on. Last about 5 go's then just kept going off. Don't waste your money. Beeps to often. I reckon the fact that it beeps 12 times on every curl has something to do with why the battery is so sh*te. Bin material

Would give 0. Product arrived, used 6 times and like others have said battery charges but runs out within minutes. Contacted Silkwave, but no reply. Don't waste your money.

Avoid at All Costs!!! I would give 0 stars if i could. Ordered on 9th January 2023. Item not delivered.... Lots of excuses from Silkwave so called Customer Services. Tracking Number did NOT work.. Asked for a refund.. they stopped replying to E Mail. AVOID AVOID AVOID>>>>>>

There are a lot of negative reviews saying that the product never arrives, which is totally believable. Well, our two did arrive, at a total cost of £80, but both stopped working after just a year. A complete waste of money. Even if yours does arrive, I’m sorry to say it probably won’t last long anyway…

This is the worst company in history. I order an item from them that was not even close to what they advertised. They lied several times about their willingness to help me return the item and receive my refund. They did not provide the shipping information and made the return time run out then blocked me. They are not trustworthy and their customer service is the worst!!!

I wouldn’t give any stars , this company needs looking into . Ordered before Christmas, emailed to be told to be patient as they come from china. Emailed again in feb no response . Emailed this month no response . Money has been taken no proudct… this company is scamming !!

If I could give 0/10 I would. Ordered before Christmas, 10th January told there was a delay in delivery. Unable to track this as tracking number given didn't work. Emailed Silk wave and was told that they were having issues with dispatching the product. Now 15th April and Silk wave are not replying to emails. Still not received hair curlers. A scam company.

I add my comments to others I have seen. My hair curlers were supposed to have been despatched on 15th January. No tracking details came up. After many emails I had a reply asking me to be patient as they were so busy after Christmas. After another month I finally had a reply saying order had been despatched, please be patient and they were sorry tracking details were not working. Since then in spite of weekly emails I have heard nothing. I fear my £39.99 has gone the way of others whose reviews I have seen.

I have been waiting 10 weeks on my purchase and still haven’t received anything. You can’t get them on the telephone or emails. It’s an absolute disgrace!!!

Order the silk wave worked fantastic for the first couple of times. Really bought for when I go away. Charged it up wentbto use it curled 2 bits of hair, battery died Charged over night still no full battery. Contacted them but they don't get back to you. DON'T BUY total waste of money

Order my curler 31st December still has not arrived
Passed this on to PayPal to see what they could, Company not replying to their emails either.

Item not arrived after over two months of ordering. Customer care very poor. Now ignoring my emails. Do not buy from this company!

What a scam.
I bought the curler and used 4 times and it doesn't hold the charge for more than a couple of minutes.
On contacting them I was advised that they would send a replacement . Message sent that it had been dispatched then another stating the order had been cancelled!
After 4 emails they responded that they were out of stock and would refund my £43.00.
As others have stated this obviously hasn't arrived.
It is a con to take your money.
Next step ,report to customer trading.

I need a charger as I’ve lost mine-no contact numbers or reachable via email - anybody help?
