Hi my daughter has Roseacea and I saw this product on FB , Alex the owner was giving free sample pots to try , I received these on 19th June 2026 , I have been using Sano & Tallow cream 3 times daily , my daughters skin is looking much better .I ordered two 100ml jars and am still applying almost 1 month now , I am very pleased with her skin currently and look forward to doing a further review in a couple of months time , so far after one months faithful application skin looks better .19th June - 17th July

The tallow products are amazing. I suffer with temperamental skin which is really sensitive. It is so difficult to find something natural that does the same as the other creams out there. These natural products outshine anything I have used before. The whipped tallow smells wonderful too. I highly recommend buying a trial pack to try!

Due to menopause I have been experiencing extremely sensitive, dry , itchy, reactive red skin on my neck . Technical name ' pruritis ' . The itch and irritation really was making me feel miserable and the recent hot weather made it worse . I bought a few different creams and even the ones especially for reactive skin only made it worse . Facebook algorithm sent me to Silva Cosmetics and I ordered the sample pack with nothing to lose . From the first application of the Sano Cream my skin felt instantly soothed and moisturised . I have been using it for a week now and the difference is remarkable. Ordered the big pot this week . Fantastic product highly recommend for reactive and sensitive skin .

I saw Silva Cosmetics’ ads online and was very interested in their products for psoriasis, having been affected by it since early childhood - I’m now 61 - I ordered one of the small sample pots to try it out and, having used it, I was extremely impressed with the results! Not sure I’ve had any other product that calmed my psoriatic areas as well as the Sano Cream does. I only need a I use a tiny amount to calm the dryness and itching and I’ve just placed an order for a full size jar. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a fantastic product and I’m a firm fan!

So glad I grabbed the sample pack. I have sensitive oily rosacea skin and after 2 weeks ( Lumi for morning and Sano for night) my skin is finally smiling. The smell… instantly takes me to the green hills of my home country 😊

Absolutely fantastic company! Send very reasonably priced sample pack and the Tallow cream has softened my dry scaling forehead and it hasn’t felt this nourished in years. It really is a great product and smells divine. Highly recommend this company.

I suffer from psoriasis i can only but praise this company 24 hours using their cream stoped the itching and started the healing process can’t recommend enough after years of trying so many other products I can’t thank enough and no hesitation too recommend

Sano is brilliant for my menopause skin. My skin on and around my ears was paper thin and so irritated from itching them all day and night. Worked for me so quickly, within a week. I use it everyday now for maintainence

Firstly I ordered the free samples ( just pay postage) . They were a really good size for sample pots . They started to make a noticeable difference to my psoriasis patches. I then ordered the full size pot of the Tallow cream. I ordered the scented one, which smells heavenly. The whipped texture is lovely too. This cream is incredibly moisturising and takes away the itch. I've had psoriasis for well over 20 years and this is the only cream that's helped me ( I didn't want to use a steroid cream) . My skin is healing. It's also natural, which is great

Hi i purchased the mini trial.set of creams to try help my daughter of 22yrs old who is covered in guttae psoriasis she said the soleo has been really good for her skin and i will be purchasing a larger tub of this as she didn't want to go down the rd if steroid creams she still has a long way to go but feels a benefit from this so thanks to you at silva cosmetics for your trial pots

I have purchased the ‘Sano’ on three occasions and the results on my skin have been amazing. The product has literally transformed the appearance on my affected areas.
I would also like to say that the customer service from Alex has been faultless. Amazing family run business who have gone above and beyond to meet delivery when I was stuck over a bank holiday weekend. Would recommend ‘Silva Cosmetics’ and I hope that others support them in what they are doing! Look forward to future products and ranges from them!!

I have just received my sample Whipped Tallow Cream and Sano Cream. I'm not sure what to think - the Sano Cream smells like a cow or a farm... The Whipped Tallow Cream goes on well, but there are little bits in it - I checked to be sure it wasn't a facial scrub!! Anyway, still hopeful that the eczema issue will be helped! That would be worth the weird smell and the non-smooth, bitty Tallow Cream.

I ordered the trial pack which contains 2 samples. I am really pleased with the sample sizes, they’re very generous. Also, the cream smells like freshly mown hay… delightful. It feels amazing on my skin and the company could not have been more helpful with enquiries and delivery and communication. I do feel this company delivers on everything they say. Thank you.
