Helpful and friendly staff, thank you

Beautiful silver items / dispatched same or next day/ beautifully wrapped too.

What a wonderful company Silverado are. First encountered them when I paid the Brighton store a visit. Wonderful, attentive staff and the most gorgeous collection of jewellery. Finally arranged a gift voucher via the website for a lovely friend's birthday and the whole process was easy and efficient. Silverado highly recommended !

Beautiful jewellery and fast, no-fuss delivery.

Unfortunately the wrong product was delivered

Silverado in Guildford is an absolute gem of a jewellery shop. I recently visited to have a new chain fitted to my Alex Monroe silver pendant, and the whole experience was seamless. The team handled it with great care and attention, making sure everything was just right.

While I was there, I also purchased a beautiful silver ring by Pernille Corydon, which I’m delighted with—it’s a stunning piece and exactly what I was looking for.

The service throughout was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive without being pushy. It’s clear they take pride in both their craftsmanship and their customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Silverado to anyone looking for quality jewellery and a truly pleasant shopping experience.

Ordered a last minute, but beautiful, gift for my friends birthday. I was blown away by the speed it arrived and my friend truly treasured it!

We visited a few weeks ago for my daughter’s 21st gift and meant to come back in person. Things meant we couldn’t so I ordered online and the service was great, personal and quick. Thank you

The bracelet is lovely, I had previously bought this for item as another present for a friend.
I do think the box/packaging could be a little better as the bracelet slides around indside, so didn’t look very nice when delivered.

Excellent customer service and prompt response to my order. I’ve been a customer for many years and they never fail to impress both staff and jewellery

Made my purchase online. Very easy. This was bought as a gift, my friend loved it. Looks very pretty. Very good value
