I joined Simon’s 6month 121 mentorship course in September 2023. I made my way through the course content, arranged direct calls with Simon to discuss challenges. He blessed me with lots of timely tips to get me to the next phase and even gave me a call just before closing on the first property deal.

I enrolled on Rent to £100k course back in Sept 24, the course material and resource are detailed and comprehensive. The guidance and mentorship received from the team through the 1-2-1 session (Special shout out to Roxie my Mentor!!) and the group call are invaluable at guiding you through all the hurdles in building a sustainable business.

Yesterday I collected my first set of keys to my first deal and this will be first of many. This is not a get rich quick scheme it is a business that will take lots of hard work and time and Simon & the team have helped me navigate this journey. So i would highly recommend.
