Great service and great deals - all-round 5 star rating. I found Simon The Beekeeper on the internet while shopping around for a jacket and saw that the price was better than here in Australia, even with the shipping. Not only was it a good deal but I found the quality was really good as well. Interesting it only took 4 weeks to arrive here in Australia and through past experience I could expect to wait at least 3 weeks here. While dealing with them online has been a breeze -will recommend Simon to others, including my 2 sons who also have bees.

Very pleased with purchase, customer service and quality of jacket. I hope to have many years of use from it.

Sadly... I found the website clunky, adding things to the basket without me realising, and being difficult when I wanted to delete them.
When I ordered something and paid online I got a message saying the payment had been refused, although it turned out it had not been. That worried me, and I got no personal reply to my queries about it.
In them I mentioned I had hoped to order gloves too asking whether it was too late. This was ignored, and I ended up making a 30 mile round trip to buy some elsewhere..

When the ordered goods arrived the plastic tube for a queen bee marker kit was already broken, and as I was flying out next day there was nothing I could do about it. Sigh.

Ordered and delivered in 24hrs. Exactly as described. Great service.

Fast efficient and value for money

Item ordered arrived quickly and was as described. My only complaint was the surcharge for delivery to my address in Argyll (neither Highlands nor Islands) - it arrived by Royal Mail and they have a national pricing strategy so it shouldn’t have cost any more to send it to me.

I bought a batch of plastic honeycomb boxes and found the price with postage very reasonable.
Some beekeeping companies charge exorbitant prices for postage, so I am grateful for realistic pricing.

Good well made product at a reasonable price.

I placed my first order with Simon the beekeeper not a small order but just to test who there going to use as courier and if they take full responsibility for their choice and any implications that may occurs ,like I say this is a test order because my list future list was touching £600 and my experience is dreadful obviously must be making thousands not interested in having bee business , my order never arrived was returned to Simon and still waiting for a full refund of £123, never got an answer why the delivery couldn’t be delivered stayed indoors two days back to back and cancelled deliver at the last second it’s not as if they didn’t have my phone number ,and as far as dropping it off at local drop off that was considered which is less than 50 meters from me ,but cancelled that also .

Excellent service. No issues at all.

Straight forward and on time, I intend to keep using.
