Customer service was awesome
Customer service was awesome, Dracey really answered all my questions right and even when he couldn't right away, he went searching for an anwer. Really helped me out, I was about to change my server service and Dracey came in clutch with the answer.

Updating Server
I was struggling very hard trying to update my server to the latest BMC4 ModPack and I was luckily given Dylan for assistance. He smoothly guided me step by step better than guides actually provided in the Simple Host Website. He patiently sat in chat with me for almost an hour, helping me through every step. On top of that he manually set my server BMC4 version 60. I give Dylan all the props.

Great customer support, and response time
I have forgotten about a purchase I had made for a server and was charged $60. I contacted customer service and they caught me so offguard that I got a response instantly and it was resolved instantly within five minutes. The customer service is indeed great and the response time, solution, and everything is taken seriously and is resolved with haste. genuinely surprising.

Nikola handled it
Nikola handled it. I overthought it and was expecting it to be a major issue. Nikola did what I should have done and reinstalled server. I always get the right answer immediately.
