Dylan w mans!!!! patient and hard working assistant helped my corrupt world and saved it, fr tho he was patient and a cool dude for all the shit he had to figure out so id definetly say if you have him on tech support line hes gonna fix your problem

Always fast, reliable and helpful!
I had an issue with my server starting up; it was stuck in an offline state. Thankfully, I was assisted by Brian, who was able to fix the issue incredibly fast. They had found that it was an issue with the downloaded game version. I'm not a tech person, so I have no clue when it comes to running a server. Thanks to SimpleGameHosting, it's made it much easier. Thanks again to Brian who helped me!

Nikola helped me setup the voice chat plugin and i didnt understand it but he told me the port and i didnt save it so it didnt work and i saved it the next time and it WORKED.

Dylan is the BEST!
We had the most amazing person helping us all night. He helped us for 3 hours straight with very fast and effectively with all the issues we were facing and didn't stop until we were able to get the server up and running exactly how we wanted it too. Dylan is the actual GOAT!!!

bought a server
bought a server, set it up, and uploaded my world for my friends to join. The setup was a little finicky, but customer service helped sort it out. Brian was super helpful and an absolute legend, and solved my initial problem! will definitely use these guys in the future!
