Specialising in Lift and Tilt chairs from the UK’s main mobility suppliers. We also stock high quality suites made in both Britain and Italy, dining and occasional furniture, and a range of ‘quirky’ accessories. We take great care when selecting our manufacturers and try to select suppliers who have similar integrity to ourselves and who produce products to the highest possible standards. Attention to service is unsurpassed
We needed to replace our 3 piece suite and with some trepidation trolled the internet extensively and contacted several suppliers with various queries regarding price, availability, colours dimensions etc.
The most prompt and helpful replies were received from Simpson Furniture.
Tom Grannell and Stephen Bishop replied to all queries within hours accompanied by photos, whilst other companies failed to reply or were extremely tardy.
We were not at all pressured by Simpsons and having found the suite we liked that was to be manufactured in Italy we placed the order and with allowances for Covid delays were given a projected delivery date, which was met.
During the waiting period Simpsons kept in touch with updates and I can only say that their attitude assured me that were there ever a problem they would solve it to my satisfaction.
We are happy customers!
