We relocated from the UK to USA and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beginning, Simpsons stood out for their professionalism and transparency compared to other companies we spoke to. Hayley and John were incredibly supportive, guiding us through every step and making sure we understood timelines and paperwork. The removal team were excellent – careful, efficient and very respectful of our home. They even took extra care with some sentimental items which meant a lot to us. Overall, the whole process felt well organised and far less stressful than we expected.

Excellent service, I will use them again
I have had excellent support from Simpsons International Removals UK. I have dealt with John and Hayley Price, who have made me feel very secure about my belongings during my move from the UK to Germany. I could contact them at any time with questions or concerns, and they were always responsive and supportive. The movers were also very efficient and respectful. I have not received my goods yet, but so far I am very happy with the service I have received.

Our move to Australia was both exciting…
Our move to Australia was both exciting and bittersweet, as we were leaving behind a home we’d lived in for over 15 years. Simpsons understood that straight away. From the very first interaction, they treated our move with care and empathy, not just as another job. Hayley kept us updated regularly and made sure we felt informed at every stage, which really helped reduce the stress. The packing crew were fantastic – careful, polite and clearly experienced. They took extra time with fragile and sentimental items, which we really appreciated. On what could have been a very emotional and stressful few days, they brought calm, professionalism and reassurance. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing service from the London team ! They wrapped my belongings to within an inch of their lives and even my huge mirrors arrived without any issues. They really took care to make sure my shipping to the USA arrived intact. It feels so good to have all of my belongings around me and makes me feel like I am at home

From the first visit by a Simpsons representative, I felt that this was a professional company that I could trust. The confusing process of getting a quote to move almost everything from my UK home to a Miami location was a big decision. I compared 6 moving companies. I chose the right one. They were clear and answered my many questions over numerous phone calls. The packers were quick and careful. Clearing customs wasn’t a problem. Everything arrived safely. I recommend this company totally.

John, Haley and the Removal Team were great. They packed our house up in a morning and when we used less space than quoted we were refunded. Made the entire experience well worth it and I would highly recommend using them.

The crew led by Scott were very good definitely knew their stuff. Very professional and very quick and approachable answered any questions we had . I would suggest any future customers to allow them to take the items back to their facility to enable them to pack more efficiently as we did

They have provided fantastic customer service throughout. They visited our house for a quote, gave us various bits of advice along the way, and were professional and friendly when packing up and removing our belongings. The team are super responsive and always available to support.

Moving overseas is something I've done…
Moving overseas is something I've done before, but this time Simpsons made it an absolute doddle. Right from the get go, the quote was honest and clear and then the rest of the team just made everything easy. The service from the office was attentive and stress-free. If you're thinking of relocating abroad then Simpsons is definitely the way to go - I'd highly recommend them.
