I had a great experience with the crew that came to collect my items. They were such lovely guys and really funny as well. They were excellent at packing, working quickly and efficiently whilst also taking care. The crew were also very knowledgeable and overall super helpful!

I have found the office staff to be be very pleasant and patient with an an old man who need a brain occassionally🥰.
The packers are very efficient and seem to do the job well. I've moved in two tranches - the only thing that was broken was a glass caffetierre pot. All the expensive stuff survived with no problems. They go the extra mile when asked.

Simpsons were really easy to deal with. They were friendly, kind and communicated with clarity and regularity. Nothing was too much trouble. They made the whole process clear and seamless.

Well, it starts with the estimate, which was done in person by Jo. She was absolutely charming, efficient and knowledgable. Following the quote, the office team went into action . John, Hayley and Hayley dealt with me and made the whole process so easy. Moving abroad is a big decision, especially for someone living alone, but they made the whole process bearable. Last, but hot least Scott and his team arrived to pack the house. Everything was beautifully wrapped. The team were so expert, taking apart my T.V. Bed, and another large framed bed. On the 2nd day the shipping container arrived and it was loaded within 2 hours and then, straight off to the Port.

Moving from west midlands to Abu Dhabi. Just finished the removal process with Simpsons and couldn’t fault them at all. Excellent communication throughout including on the day both before and after. The estimation following the video consultation was spot on and we even had a little extra space to send a few bits from the ‘maybe’ pile. All the packing was done for us which took away a lot of the stress from the day. 2-3 hours and the whole house was done. Much appreciated all!

Would not hesitate to recommend. Our move managers, John Moynes and Hayley Price were fantastic throughout the whole process. John came and did a very thorough survey so we could get an accurate quote for removals. On the day of packing up the container, the team of 3 were brilliant. So quick and took great care when loading our items into the container.

Pleasant and Experienced staff throughout the removal process. Help with a comprehensive quotation to the optimum scenario for our move, The operational management helped destress the entire process while preparing logistics to a tight schedule over two bank holidays, The team of magicians who in two days wrapped and packed our entire house and garage contents and slotted them precisely into the sea container where the next time we see them we'll be asking "why the heck did we bring this?" They all helped to turn a very stressful event into the most pleasurable experience, thanks to you all with special mention for Hayley P.

I left the uk in August 2024 never received my belongings till February 2025 two boxes were missing and a lot of items damaged Simpson still won’t except they lost my items shame really because another 20 families are coming out to USA and we won’t be recommending this company to any of them yes they are cheap but now thinking you pay for what you get I believe my items were lost before they ever got put on pallets and put with someone else’s belongings but will Simpson contact whoever’s belongings were in warehouse the same time as mine no they won’t too much like hard work please avoid this company also USA side of things is absolutely appalling and virtually impossible to contact all my memories and personal photos of my family past and present gone I was heartbroken

The team at Simpsons/PSS are absolutely phenomenal. They helped me arrange a very LARGE move from the UK to Dubai for my boss and his five-bedroom house. The home had a lot of expensive furniture and the service we received was seamless. The team were so helpful, polite and just generally super on the ball. I cannot recommend them enough, it is a 10/10 from me. All items received were expertly packed and in perfect condition.

The service was excellent including the communication updating regularly and checking in to see if we need any more help or information regarding the move. John and Hayley P very friendly and made this move easy.

Professional and Personal! More importantly should the final packaged goods be less than the initial quote a refund is given. One would never know if it was a couple of boxes more or less.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Simpsons. From the very beginning, John took time to explain the entire procedure, providing me with complete insight into the sequence of events involved. ie: quote, packing, costings, helpful tips on type container, insurance and shipping expectations . His approach was efficient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I appreciated his consistency and knowledge, and his quote was accurate with no hidden surprises.

The team that packed our furniture—Stephen, Aaron, and Mark—could not have been more accommodating. They were incredibly helpful, and it was clear that nothing was too much trouble for them. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in control, and I didn’t need to check on them at all. Their years of experience were evident, as they worked seamlessly together as a team, demonstrating a clear understanding of what needed to be done.

Overall, I give this company a well-deserved 5-star rating! Highly recommended!

Amazing service from the team there, Hayley and Ellemai have been super helpful and the packing team Julian and Jim were fantastic on the day; it all went smooth and any anxieties I had were immediately set to ease.

Well done a brilliant job so far and manage to give me the pack and collection date which suits me.

John was very receptive and helpful from day 1 until we received our goods on the other side. We received our shipment in time for Christmas which was no mean feat. Much thanks to the team for their support and hard work!

What a great and honest team; Micheal found a gold wedding ring while packing one of the older boxes in my storage unit and brought it to my house for safe keeping!

I can really recommend the company to anyone who wants to move. They were also the most reasonable in price for my large 40 ft container.
