Would definitely recommend, have purchased from this site before and always very happy
Had slight query regarding delivery etc but received a very prompt reply from 'Wendy' and was solved very quickly

Received faulty product but quickly resolved

I received a faulty garden cover from Garden Furniture covers, which is owned by Sixty stores, and promptly alerted the customer care team.
There were specific and clear instructions in the event of a problem (not always the cases for other online retailers) and Wendy Shepherd, Head of Operations responded within 24 hours. Wendy resolved the issue promptly and to my satisfaction. The product may have been faulty on this occasion but the service and resolution was excellent. Thank you, Wendy.

Great customer service

I recently purchased some covers for a couple of garden recliner chairs, when they arrived, I'd ordered the wrong size, totally my fault. I got in touch with the supplier to check how I could return them. Wendy in Customer Services was very helpful, replied to my email quickly explaining the process. Returned them with no issues, just waiting for my refund. Great service from Wendy.

great customer service

There was an item that was not delivered on the initial order. When I contacted Sixty Stores they quickly resolved this problem. Sending out a replacement that arrived within a few days.
Very ood customer service.

Overall a good service

I am one short of 5stars because I did not receive my order confirmation immediately so that caused concern but once I contacted the office Wendy got back to to me. I also did 4 stars because there is no telephone contact to the company. Aside from these two issues, the service was good and the candle is just as shown on the site and it was easy to insert my own words.

Really outstanding service.

Really helpful response on the phone to enquiries and then brilliant response to two emails by Wendy Shepherd with almost immediate answers and helpful solution to my issue.

Great Customer Service

Ordered 4 garden furniture covers from this company.3 were perfect but 1 wasn’t.Contacted customer service about the issue and their agent Wendy Sheperd dealt with the problem instantly and ordered a replacement.Could not fault the service.

No accountability, no customer service

Through one of Sixty's store fronts (sheds.co.uk), I purchased a shed. This did not arrive when it was supposed to (twice) nor as it was supposed to (poor quality and broken). It's been weeks of trying to speak to someone on the phone (fat chance, only the sales people seem to be contactable by phone) and emails sit unanswered for days or even weeks. In one response, Wendy, the Head of Operations, simply invalidated my experience by saying there had been no service issues on their side. This was demonstrably not true.

Despite the return having happened, I still have not got my money back, nor confirmation of when I will get my money back. No way to escalate a complaint - shady company. Trading Standards and Advertising Standards have now been involved too.
