Sixty Stores is unreliable
Sixty Stores is, I assume, the parent company for several other websites including Garden Furniture Covers. This was where I purchased ‘in stock’ items that I am still waiting on almost 4 weeks later.
I have attempted to cancel and requested a refund but have been ‘fobbed off’ with promises of delivery.
They obviously are advertising false information with their ‘in stock’ status.
The only positive I can give as that they have responded to emails, albeit with false information.
Great experience
Wendy was absolutely amazing when helping me deal with an issue with one of the products that I had ordered a few months ago. She resolved the issue I had without any hesitation. I have not recieved such a high level of customer service as I did when communicating with Wendy. Furthermore, the products I ordered were also great. I would definitely shop here again, because their products and customer service are brilliant.

At the moment, not sure how many stars but given 2. i ordered product 4th June. Received several emails to say manufacturer sending direct, email (1) delivery next week. email (2) delivery following week. email (3) manufacturer delivering this week & sending tracking info. 22nd June, still no manufacturers email, still no delivery.

My recent purchase was sadly tainted, hence 4 stars, by a poor courier experience so I complained. I’m pleased to say that Wendy Shepherd who is the Head of Operations picked up my complaint and resolved it same day.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
If we could give a 0 score if would be that. The Shed we bought is appalling the flimsiest thinnest panels (several) why not one per side?? We have ever seen. Very overpriced and totally NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!! To start with we opened the box to realise the instructions didnt tally at all with the contents. We found & paid extra for someone to fit the shed and he laughed when he opened it at how awful the quality was. It took him a whole day trying to piece the bits together ( a job that would normally take a couple of hours) and had a tremendous job as most of the flimsy wood was warped. He even had to shorten the door to make it fit! it was absolutely shocking. On completion we were horrified to see that you could see through the shed on most of the joins leaving huge gaps down almost every join where the wood was warped & wouldn't fit together and we spent a fortune on sealant to try to weatherproof it. We have hosed it down and it's still not watertight. We wouldn't expect this shed to survive 1 harsh winter with how extremely weak and flimsy the wood is, it is a joke. We have been in touch with the supplier who have not been accommodating at all and now in the process of taking this further with all the money we have paid for this ridiculous shed. We are so angry buying this with all we have had to pay out and feel robbed buying this appalling shed and dealing with the worst company we ever have before. The shed is still leaking after everything we have tried still, it is totally unfit for purpose. We bought it for our electrical tools but no way can we put them in there so we are back to square one after paying out £760. Read the reviews and dont waste your money. These are the worst sheds we have ever seen . I dont ever normally do reviews but this is totally unacceptable. I just wish I saw the reviews before purchasing.

Liars and thieves, delivered the wrong timber and refused refund or return, avoid unless you enjoy being ripped off and patronised.
Ordered items took money no correspondence
Ordered items on their website. Took my money. No tracking info given. Waited over a week and been given the run around for a further week. Item out of stock! Still haven’t got my money back. And no date for refund. Told ‘very soon’… refused to answer email asking for an actual date for my money to be refunded. Apparently they are transferring it to their accounts team. Their website says they are a family run business?…AVOID
Faulty goods from a company who do not respect consumer law.
I bought a shed from them. After construction as you stood in the shed, you could see daylight on multiple areas of the shed panels which means it is not watertight and therefore not fit for purpose. Whilst I understand that a return with full refund would incur significant costs they do have to repair the faulty item free of charge under consumer law but they won't. They have offered to send replacement panels, but will neither replace them for me nor pay for a joiner to replace them. This is no solution and contravenes consumer law.
I would say don't buy something as large as a shed from a company who behave like this. You are a little stuck because you cannot just return it but you can take legal action. However, just easier not to buy from them in the first place.

Very poor all round
I ordered a shed using my credit card. Website said there was a problem with my order. So my daughter ordered on her card. Both payments went through. I did get one shed promptly. Sixty said they would refund, but have failed to say when. After an initial misunderstanding of the assembly instructions (quickly rectified) it proved impossible to get all parts of the shed to line up. It looks aweful - gaps everywhere. I used a professional company to assemble this item. If a landscape gardener and a qualified carpenter can’t do it - ????
