I completed a 3 day first aid course with St John Ambulance through work and couldn’t fault it. Ben was an excellent trainer – extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and explained everything in a clear, easy‑to‑understand way. He kept the session interesting from start to finish and made everyone feel comfortable asking questions. A really positive experience with no negatives. Highly recommend.

I recently completed a First Aid course with Ben as the trainer, and it was a great experience. Ben was incredibly kind, approachable, and always willing to help, which made the whole course feel comfortable and engaging.

The training was not only enjoyable but also very informative. I feel much more confident in my understanding of first aid thanks to his clear explanations and supportive teaching style.

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to learn essential first aid skills.

Instructive and a fun way to learn about first aid

Dean was a fantastic instructor, very knowledgeable and made the 3 days fun and interesting.

Good pace and informative course

Although the course was somewhat intense, it was very well presented by a trainer who was very knowledgeable and practical on training of students on the requirements of first aid.

I like how the training went plus we werr asked questions that gave us proper understanding with practical example twice . I did learnt alot and i'm glad i attended .

I’ve been a first aider for many years and have completed a number of one‑day courses, but this has been by far the best. Our trainer, Sam, was incredibly knowledgeable and delivered the session in a way that felt tailored, relevant, and engaging. The practical exercises were especially valuable and really brought the learning to life.

We recently had a first aid course,delivered by Dean from the st John's ambulance and he was fantastic.
Dean was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything easy to understand. The sessions were engaging and practical, and everyone left feeling much more confident.
I would highly recommend Dean to anyone that was thinking about learning first aid.

It was good to have face to face training as opposed to on line

This is a really relevant course due to the work that I do with. So was really beneficial and will be useful in my every day work.
