Had my first aid course today with Sam, she made it easy to follow and great to engage with, no question went unanswered and lots of hand on techniques were learnt, Thankyou Sam for making my first training session one to remember, you made us all feel at ease 😁

Really interesting course, and it felt important. Course leader was brilliant, very well delivered. Very knowledgeable and experienced trainer. Some of the footage was difficult to watch but understand why we need to see it.

I really enjoyed this course! The content was excellent, and it was delivered with so much confidence, passion, and genuine enthusiasm that it made learning really enjoyable.
The facilities and location were great too, making the whole experience even better.
If I could tweak anything, it would just be the structure of days 2 and 3, as things felt a little rushed toward the end. And personally, I’d prefer fewer anecdotes about non–first aid emergencies so we could stay more focused.
Overall though, a brilliant course that I’d definitely recommend.
