I've been using SJL for home buildings insurance for several years now as I was struggling to find anyone who would insure a slightly unusual case.

I spoke to Luke Lloyd. I explained what I needed and he took all my details for a policy and said he would get back to me. He emailed me the policy to look through. He emailed me and asked when the best time is to ring me to discuss. I told him and he rang back when I asked him to. After a couple of queries from me he answered them to my satisfaction and asked me if I was happy with policy and I was. He was very polite and it was all sorted quickly and efficiently.
