Very poor. Order placed 12 days ago and still not received. Customer service will not answer their phones or reply to emails. Will not use again and could not recommend

Good service! Would recommend!
No fault found in this company's service. I ordered a 12V RAC vacuum cleaner online. They were cheaper than any other online providers, the product arrived by courier in a timely fashion (6 days from purchase date - SJ Tools guidelines are 5-8 days) and the product was all in working order. Would recommend!

I ordered 50m Defender reel extension…
I ordered 50m Defender reel extension and lead 6 plugs.
I received the parcel completely destroyed.
I call to SJ Tools customer service. I sent photos and I asked to book a collection for my order because I don't risk to plug in those in power, I want refund.
THEY TOLD ME, WE WILL GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND IF YOU SEND THEM BACK ON YOUR EXPENSE.
IS NOT WELL AT ALL, BECAUSE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO SEND ME EVERYTHING IN GOOD CONDITION AND THIS IS NOT HAPPENING.
I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY HAVE AND GOOD REVIEWS IF THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT...

Never received my goods
Never received my goods. After trying calling them several times and failed to get anyone on the other side. Send them msg saying never got my item which is over 2 weeks. Got a reply asking my address. Not trust worthy company at all. Scammer!!!!
Had to ask PayPal to step in to get my refund.

I have looked into the email thread you sent Lisa and she asked you to confirm your adress as there was an issue with the delivery. This is not a scam just common practice to try and get the goods to you ASAP and a problem rectified with Royal Mail. A full refund has been put through for you as requested and the goods have been sent back to oursevles.
Great to deal with.
Part of my order was damaged and Sjtools promptly sent me a replacement part. No fuss ,just great customer support.

Brilliant Service, Brilliant Product, Brilliant Firm!
I Googled 6" Vice for bench use and SJ Tools were by far the best price and lowest delivery cost. They are a Cornish firm and I always try to keep business in the area, West Country, or at least in the UK where ever possible to preserve jobs and help the economy. I placed the order and was amazed just 48 hours later to receive the product, that's fast by any standards. The vice was brilliant, every bit as good as promised. I would recommend this firm to anyone.
