This change was initiated based on our constant drive to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. We have received largely positive feedback on our Aleksi Chairs since this change.

In response to your concern about the product differing from its portrayal on our website and its minor defect, we wish to reiterate that we take such issues very seriously. We are committed to accurate product representation and maintaining high quality standards. We regret any disappointment you experienced and for this, we offered compensation as a token of our regret.
