Bestilte ett par støvler, som skulle ha blitt sendt fra Finland innen 5 dager.. 6 uker etterpå skal det vistnok ha blitt levert en pakke fra Kina (!!) - men ingenting har kommet. Det hele endte med en politi anmeldelse.

Ikke kjøp!!

Bestilte 2 st genserer i Kashmir. Det gikk litt fort og nettsiden såg troverdig ut med en gang. I tillegg kunne jeg betale via Klarna som for meg er en kvalitetsstempel. Det jeg fikk liknet overhodet ikke på det jeg bestilt mtp kvalitet. Det var polyester og annet dårlig material. Jeg kunne returnere, men måtte legge ut for frakt selv, hvilket var uaktuelt. Siden jeg har bestridit kravet hos klarna så har de faktiskt trukket saken der, så jeg er ikke skyldig noe. Samtidig sender de meg mail på at jeg kan få beholde til 1/2 pris. Men saken er jo avgjort hos klarna. Det er bare scam.. jeg er sikker på at hvis jeg hadde betalt dirkete hadde jeg aldri sett pengene. Klarna bør vurdere om de gidder samarbeide med dem, de trekker ned Klarna som seriøs aktør.

The worst website

Hi.
I'm writing this in frustration because I don't have any choice. Unfortunately I was not careful enough to do my research before I ordered Christmas gifts from Skont.no website. It took 5 weeks before my order arrived partial. I did contact customer service repeatedly and wanted to return all items I received. Return was free as I was told and promised but no return label was sent. The post office wanted almost 5000 kroner which I couldn't and wouldn't pay. I didn't know that they shipped from China, no information was given where items will get shipped from.
I'm so upset and I believe I have to contact police about that.

Is skont living even a real company?

Is skont living even a real company? I ordered a pendant light a few months ago, they've taken full payment but it still hasn't shipped. I can called them every day but they don't answer the phone. Their online 'chat' doesnt connect to anyone and they ignore emails.
I would like to know when my item is going to arrive or get a refund for the missing goods.

TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE SERVICE

I bought an ADA Mirror in Hazel from Skont. The mirror arrived in the most packaging I have ever seen - unwieldy wooden crate, cardboard box, polystyrene etc etc and yet the mirror was broken. I requested a refund for the purchase. I was initially offered a free replacement, but as the quality of the frame wasn't as impressive as the photographs on the website and the colour was a lot darker than shown, I did not want to have a replacement. I then engaged in a long and ultimately fruitless battle with customer services. They claimed to have sent emails to me that they didn’t, implying that I had missed returns windows. Finally I was told I had to send the enormous package to a returns depot in England. This would've cost hundreds of pounds considering how huge the package was. I suspect because this ‘return’ is so prohibitively expensive skont assume you won't be able to do this and so - as I did - ultimately give up. The whole process has been a nightmare start to finish - I am out about £700, I had to give the broken mirror away just to get the huge packaging out of my house. Would not recommend even slightly.

Ordered 2 chairs and they arrived in different colours. I have been trying to contact them for 4 weeks regarding a replacement and I have been unable to get in contact with them over the phone, emails and their website chat. Very poor service - would not recommend.

£1000 spent for unusable lights and no response

I ordered 5 pendant lights in April, the wrong fittings were delivered. Initially customer services were responsive although very slow. New fittings were eventually delivered and still not correct. To this date, after being offered a 10% discount as well as sending the correct fittings, I have have heard nothing from Skont. I have tried to phone, chat and emailed many times. I have spent £1000 and have lights I cannot use. I am looking into how I can take this further to get my money refunded. I am wondering if they are going bankrupt. Do not buy from nor trust Skont.

I feel this company is a scam

I feel this company is a scam! I ordered a cutlery from skontliving.com, and expecting the product is made in North Europe, but it actually ship from China, and wrap with very messy package papers, and looks cheap.

don't trust the high review here.

waited a long time for my "Vase" to arrive, it was well packaged when it did arrive, but it looked nothing like the pictures on their website, it looks quite cheaply and poorly made - i am now anxious about my second order seriously considering contacting my credit card provider and cancelling the payment. I don't believe these are "high end" items especially since discovering they come from China! please be careful and look elsewhere the lure of beautiful items pulls you in but in reality they are not.
BE AWARE: These are same people going under the name of The Mens Room UK selling mens clothing, the website looks the same high end clothing but if you look carefully it has the same address as Skont - and the contact info is the same, cheap clothes from China, i will not be fooled again lessons learnt!

Please buy using a credit card as this gives you rights if you need to commence a claim under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please do not be afraid to quote your rights.

I was particularly unhappy that having received my order (the item was poor quality / badly made), that the delay in processing the refund was due to the fact that I was given a misleading returns address which was not accepted by DPD. The post code provided was for a country lane in Nuneaton. When I googled map the lane it was about 2 miles long.....

Also despite asking to be reimbursed the cost of returning to them, the poor quality item, they have simple ignored my requests. If I had changed my mind on the item fair enough but the item was faulty, not fit for purpose. I'm now £27 worse off and very disgruntled with my dealings with this company!

Disappointing Tove Kitset

Ordered the Skont Tove light for 1790 AED (£380). After waiting over a month, I was surprised that it arrived as a build yourself kitset (no mention of this on the website) - and once assembled, it looks nothing like the images on the website. The website shows both variation in colour, and depth in the leaves. Neither are true of the item I received. So very disappointing. Be very careful ordering.

The worst Company you Can buy from.
The chairs I bought from skönt came from China and couldnt even Be assembled and the material started to break even though i didnt use Them.
Then they were “Nice” enough to have the reapulstered But still didnt fix the issue of Them not being able to Be assembled.
If you wonder why their reviews dont show up on their Home page, it is probably because they have A LOT of bad reiviews and dont want to show that they are a scam Company.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICED AND WILL RIP YOU OFF.

If Hanne what Hanne States is true then i and all others should have been able to make a review on their Home page, which we cannot.

Ordered a lamp and a small sculpture

Ordered a lamp and a small sculpture. Sculpture is poor quality but acceptable. The lamp is faulty in several ways, poor materials and poor manufacturing. They have then gone on to ignore my return requests, asking for videos of the faulty lamp and trying to send a replacement bolt out instead of addressing the issue and allowing me to refund. Awful company, do not use and do not trust

I have already shared the video with your team and am receiving little to no feedback whatsoever. If I want to return a product, as per your website, I should be able to return it at my free will. It seems you are delaying until the return window has passed - disgraceful behaviour and again a huge scam if so

Rubbish

Rubbish. Slow delivery. One item was lost for weeks. Then when they did arrive one was damaged. Asked for an exchange, sent pictures of the defect and weeks later was told no, they don't do exchanges for defects that are common and happen to all their chairs.
So don't shop here if you want quality
