Renewed my membership on a LX5 watch before the deadline and went to use it yesterday on 11-11-25, and it comes up "membership expired". Now i get to deal with it all over again

My sales associate was so patient with me and he was able to restart my new Sky Caddie program. I hope you guys are paying him a boatload of money. Because he has patience of a lamb. Thank you for hiring such a very kind and gentle person because I’m not really Very intelligent with computers or any type of updates.

I received a good offer to upgrade my current model and I was thinking about getting a new one since my old model was getting a ghost white spot in the middle of the screen and so the offer I was given made me jump to purchase the new one

The customer service representative was so very friendly, courteous and helpful. He made my renewal process painless and enjoyable.

Was not happy with the battery life of the watch they sent me. I used it for a year or 2 and it just got so bad I couldn't play a round without it going dead. Called them and they sent me a new one with no hassle.
Not sure how this one will do but it is a LOT better than the last one.

My third Sky Caddie finally died so decided to upgrade. Called and the person I talked to directed me to a link that gave me a great discount and still got all the perks!

Watch does everything it is supposed to do. But renewal is cumbersome. Takes too much time. Required chat.

This is the second time i sent my sx500 back. The first time was a cracked screen. You said it could be fixed but you'd sell me a refurbished one. I sent it back and you sent me a refurb, probably from someone else's 'unfixable' unit. The refurb battery blew up and you said you'd sell me a newer model for a discounted price. You guys are a bunch of scammers.

Sky caddie works great. I like how it gives you different yardages across the green and distances to water hazards and what’s needed to carry the hazard

Was able to easily correct issue with mismatched expiration dates of renewal subscription

Horrible experience. I give up trying to sync this thing I am 84 and would like to live long enough to use my gps. I even took it to work and our IT dept gave up. Please set it up to where when I turn it on it syncs and works. I shoot my age with horrible vision and with out my gps I can't play anymore

I have the LX2 watch. It works great and is fairly accurate. Friends of mine have laser range finders and the skycaddie is spot on with them. The app is nice for tracking rounds. Highly recommend!!

Would not work at Poppy Hills.
