SkyCaddie LX2 rangefinder is seamless and performs efficiently and accurately in all of my applications out on the course. I would highly recommend it for players at any level, especially helpful for higher handicappers learning to get better.

My new PRO 4X has issues with locking up and requiring restarts 6 or 7 times a round. In addition I'm unable to upload an update. I've contacted help 4 times and been unable to fix the issue. Device is defective

I love the product. Renewing my system was difficult at times. I had to use the 'phone and was given tremendous help and advice by the man at other end of phone

Four stars because the Chat does not work trying to explain an issue, waiting for a response, and going back and forth with questions where a phone call would resolve the issue in less than half the time. The process starts over again when you receive additional emails previously not explained and a wrong renewed expiration date. Found out you cannot renew early without losing the remaining membership time...it is not added to the new membership. Will try again when the membership has expired.

Easy to negotiate the website and update my skycaddie

Very easy to renew my membership. Nice early reminder.

Renewed annual membership. Payment done in USD but was returned as I reside in South Africa and account is registered in South Africa. Advised to use ZAR for renewal but ZAR is not an option to make payment. Still haven't renewed my membership.
Tried the toll free number 08008830505 from South Africa but does not work. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I have SX550 and Wi-Fi sync is unreliable. Unit connects to network without issue, checks for update, and then error outs. Had to attempt update & renewal several times across multiple days before it finally began to sync.

The fact that I renewed my membership and my Skycaddie actually worked.

My watch is will no longer work, out dated.

Friendly, capable people on the phone solved my issue quickly.

The help phone line was very professional and helpful. The chat line was not helpful.

I was having problems renewing my membership for my watch. When I logged onto the live chat, the assistant was very helpful and sorted it in no time 👍

Still not able to get Map to update , no explanation given just told to use it and it will work anyway???

I have been a member for years. All I am doing is renewing. No personal intervention required. What I do enjoy is the support I get through the year when I have questions or an issue with my device.
