Shoe sizes are one of the most subjective topics when we talk about the 'fit' of shoes or clothing, this is the main is due to shoes being made is a wide range of suppliers across a wider range of countries which will always lead to variation.
All of our products are hand made in Europe, not Asia.
Having said that its annoying when you have purchased a product and it is not comfortable and at the same time giving you blisters.
Depending on when the goods were purchased you are well within your right to return these shoes and receive a full refund, under our 30 day comfort guarantee.

Dear All,
Orders 2 pairs of shoes and it got delivered the next day.
Both colours Navy and brown are looking too good. Using navy one for almost 2 weeks and it’s very comfortable.
